You know what I didn't like? I didn't like the attitude that folks who loved D&D were like...childish. I loved the variety of games! I played most of them!
Worst thing you can do is make the community feel bad for the game they like. Or make them feel like they have to "choose."
Damn it, I just want to to keep playing the game I like without the internet crowing that they have been telling those foolish 5e plebeians to use different games all along.
I’ll stop buying new WOTC, but the smugness here makes me want to avoid some systems out of principle.

While I respect your military service and sacrifice to our nation, you do not have a pass to mislead the public. As a re-elected member of congress, you know that office moves are solely handled by the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). You know I had nothing to do with this.
Today’s rescue mission: saving Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee’s American flag from the garbage can. @JacksonLeeTX18, anytime you’d like a lesson on flag etiquette, let me know. It’s one of the first things we’re taught in basic training.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Rep. Lee has addressed this claim in a thread. The Architect of the Capitol handles moves, not the individual offices.

Before the next election, you might want to find a better way to poll anyone under the age of 30 since they would rather pick up a pinless grenade than a call from an unknown number.
“Pathfinder 2e did it first” and “Windows has had that forever” have the same energy and it’s exhausting in both cases.
Cool? Glad they did. Doesn’t mean I will sell my Mac or my dnd books.
My generation is broken enough that our response to the current news event is to make jokes about it because the alternative is becoming catatonic with fear and anxiety from the implications alone.

We got some transphobes BIG mad the other day so let us spell it out for you:
“Women” is a term that encompasses cis & trans women.
When we talk about “people who can give birth,” it's because those people aren't all women! They're girls, trans men, & non-binary ppl.
Ran DND last night and didn’t watch the hearings, wake up to Twitter cutting Josh Hawley running on Jan 6 videos with a bunch of different songs and all I could think was “I hope @KBSpangler is having a good day.” Followed by trying to think of a goldfish song.

I cannot think of anything that helps women’s rights less than pinning the blame on trans women. They face so much violence and scrutiny as is. Leave them alone and focus on the real war on women. It’s happening in the courts and legislatures around this country.
Did I remodel my basement just so my @WyrmwoodGaming MGT would have a worthy home when it finally arrives? no comment. But maybe the basement being done will be the catalyst to cause fate to provide us a shipping notification. Either way, it will look gorgeous when it gets here.
Friendly neighborhood Information Security here: Unless you have extenuating reasons to need to track your period, you need to delete and scrub any accounts or apps you previously used for this. Either track on paper or create a spreadsheet to track “migraines” or the like.
Dear self: Don’t listen to high school playlists without checking the songs. Otherwise you will get accidentally ruined by @choochoobear because you put A Boy and His Frog on this otherwise fairly chipper playlist and then you are crying in your basement while trying to clean.
“Your @WyrmwoodGaming order has shipped.”
Me: “OH ITS HAPPENING! But I haven’t finished remodeling the basement so the table has a place to live, I need to…”
“Hexagonal tiles Kickstarter.”
… I mean that’s also awesome… I should go work on the basement.
Finished building my husbands new desk! And doing my “so you married a former deskside tech” duties and setup his new work stuff as well as his gaming setup.
Now I just have to rehang all his prints (including several stellar @TylerWalpole works).
