Surround yourself with people who believe in your dreams, encourage your ideas, support your ambitions and bring out the best in you. In a nutshell: hang out with lekker people who make you happy. And for flips sakes... believe in yourself, your abilities and your own potential. Never let self-doubt hold you captive. You are worthy of all that you dream of and hope for. You are enough. In fact, you are more than that. You are so flipping incredible. An absolute wonder. And you deserve to be happy and feel loved. Teach that voice in your head to be nicer to you. Read that again OUT LOUD to the voice in your head. Let it know who is in charge. One of my favourite quotes was written by Elizabeth Gilbert and it goes like this: "You need to learn how to select your thoughts just the same way you select your clothes every day. This is a power you can cultivate. If you want to control things in your life so bad, work on the mind. That's the only thing you should be trying to control." So today, let's choose to believe in ourselves, let's choose happiness and let's choose to focus on the good things! And I hope you find all the good things. And I hope you’re okay. If you’re not, then I hope you feel loved. And if you don’t, then I hope you read this. Cause you might not be okay but you are loved. You might not know it but you are so incredibly loved. I promise you. You are loved. And you’re gonna be okay. That's it. Okay. Love you. Bye.

Now would be a good time to remind everyone of these Trump facts, because apparently some people still need the refresher. Please meet the President of the United States: Flew on Epstein’s plane at least seven times. Just friends, I guess. Pleaded the Fifth more than 400 times in a single deposition. Nothing says “innocent” like refusing to answer a single question about your own business. 34 felony convictions. A record most people would call disqualifying. And 91 criminal charges. Accused of sexual misconduct or assault by at least 26 women. But sure, tell me again how he’s a great guy. 6 corporate bankruptcies. The self proclaimed greatest businessman alive somehow keeps running out of money. 5 draft deferments. Funny how the toughest guy in the room never actually showed up for duty. 4 criminal indictments. Not two. Not three. Four. 2 impeachments. A club of exactly one president. 2 of his own companies convicted of criminal tax fraud. Convicted. Not accused. Convicted. 1 fake university shut down. 1 fake charity shut down. Even his charity was a grift. Paid 25 million dollars to settle the Trump University fraud lawsuit because scamming people who believed in you costs money eventually. Ordered to pay 5 million dollars in the first E Jean Carroll sexual abuse verdict, then hit with 83.3 million more in the second. A jury said it twice so nobody could pretend it was a fluke. Ordered to pay 2 million dollars for looting his own so called charity. Stealing from a charity with his own name on it. Found liable for business fraud and originally slapped with a penalty topping 450 million dollars, later thrown out on appeal while the fraud finding itself stuck to him anyway. First president in modern history to increase the deficit every single year of a full term. Fiscal responsibility, apparently, was always just a talking point. Kept the debt to GDP ratio above 100 percent for his entire first term. Presided over the largest single day point drop in Dow Jones history at the time. So much for the guy who claimed to be a genius with money. Set the record for the longest government shutdown in US history in his first term at 35 days, then couldn’t resist beating his own miserable record in his second term with a 43 day shutdown, followed by yet another shutdown just months later. Encore nobody asked for. Added roughly 2.25 trillion dollars to the national debt in his first year back in office alone, pushing the debt past 39 trillion dollars. Somebody remind me who the party of fiscal discipline is again. Pushed through the largest defense budget increase since World War Two while the debt kept climbing anyway. Purged more than 300,000 federal employees in his first year back. Efficient, if your goal is chaos. Pardoned nearly 1,600 January 6 Capitol rioters. At least 40 of those pardoned rioters have already been rearrested, charged, or sentenced for new crimes since walking free. Shocking absolutely nobody. His family’s crypto ventures, including a meme coin and World Liberty Financial, pulled in more than 1.4 billion dollars in disclosed earnings while he sat in the Oval Office. Draining the swamp was apparently code for filling his own pockets. Sent the National Guard into American cities at a cost of nearly 500 million taxpayer dollars in 2025 alone. His own tariffs are projected to cost the average American household more than 2,500 dollars this year. You’re paying for this. Not China. You. No more foreign wars. Peace deal with Russia and Ukraine on Day One. None of this is a conspiracy theory, a rumor, or something you saw in a group chat. It is the actual, documented record, sitting in plain sight for anyone willing to look. So the next time someone tells you to relax and give him a chance, ask them how many more indictments, judgments, and shutdown records he needs to rack up before that chance runs out.

LIES: Iran got to enrich uranium to 3.67% for 15 years, subject to restrictions on centrifuges, uranium stockpiles, and international inspections. AND, also made Iran eliminate approximately 98% of its enriched uranium stockpile. And Iran, got no money, let alone taxpayer money. They did get their own money back from a settlement from decades ago plus interest in a separate deal, not the JCPOA

Just for laughs, I took an online ASD test over the w/e. Turns out there's a high possibility that I have an ASD. Hilarious. I'm just an introvert with PTSD. Luckily, I'm pragmatic and not neurotic. Beware of these "tests", folks.

Oswald Mbuyiseni Mtshali’s poem, “Nightfall in Soweto”, followed by an Afrikaans translation Nightfall in Soweto The sun sets Not in the west But in the east Over the shantytowns And the black workers' hostels. The long shadows of The tall downtown buildings Creep over the matchbox houses And the sleeping hostels. And the people Huddle around their fires Trying to keep themselves warm, Trying to forget The long, wasted day. But they cannot forget The endless search For work, for work, for work, Nor can they forget The pittance they take home To their hungry children. Now, in the darkness, The dogs roam the streets, And the rats run riot In the garbage-strewn alleys. And the people Wait for the dawn Like prisoners in their own land, Like slaves In the shadow of Table Mountain Aandskemering in Soweto Die son sak Nie in die weste nie Maar in die ooste Oor die blikdorpies En die swart werkers hostelle.

Whenever Trump says he doesn't know, he knows but is too chickenshit to reveal something that would reflect poorly on him. He does this ALL THE TIME. "I don't know," "I don't know," "I don't know." Trump is incapable of taking responsibility for anything. This is also the same egomaniac who will tell you that he's more knowledgeable than everyone about everything. So what it boils down to is that when he brags about knowing this or that, he doesn't know shit, but when he claims ignorance, he's fully aware of the situation. This is exactly how narcissists behave, and it's a pattern we've seen with him time and time again. That said, we know Musk lied about his involvement. The US Pentagon, in conjunction with Elon Musk, did the unconscionable by restricting Ukraine's access to its satellite internet network, crippling its air defenses. This also suspiciously happened around the same time that Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure; casting over half a million residents of Kyiv into darkness! And in the midst of Trump's "eNeRgY cEaSeFiRe" no less. This is UNFORGIVABLE. It should be obvious by now that the Trump administration, alongside Elon Musk of course, have chosen Russia's side in this war in an effort to bring Ukraine's energy system to the brink of collapse. All because Trump doesn't want to take responsibility for higher gas prices. Trump has aligned his interests with Putin's, and by doing so, he is threatening the independence, safety and security of the Ukranian people and jeopardizing the lives of soldiers defending their country from a Russian aggressor. Trump is propping up the Russian invasion and supplying aid to Russia during a time of dire financial need. And don't forget that because Russia is also providing Iran with strategic and military resources, Trump is helping to sustain the war in the middle east that is KILLING Americans and devastating the US economy! It's fucking madness! Trump could have ended the war in Ukraine by applying pressure on Putin while Russia is facing major economic and strategic challenges. Instead, he has chosen to shift the burden on Ukraine, sponsor Russia's invasion, aid the enemy in Iran, and among other things, shatter our country's global reputation beyond repair. Mind you, Zelensky agreed to Trump's energy ceasefire, but only after the announcement because Trump didn't actually consult with him. Putin didn't recognize it at all and continued attacking Ukraine's energy sites and civilian areas. These Russian strikes cut power to 600,000 people in Kyiv, and also hit residential buildings, killing CHILDREN. Ukraine resumed their attacks on Russia in response to Putin's escalation, but Zelensky is the monster? Why? Because Trump needs someone to blame for high gas prices!? And Zelensky is low hanging fruit!? They're all traitors, every MAGA scab who is defending Trump and sympathizing with the enemy. They're so mindlessly pro-Trump that they would take the side of a foreign ADVERSARY rather than hold Trump responsible for the rising cost of gas (and everything else). Rising costs that are PREDOMINANTLY due to the global energy crisis that Trump caused when he attacked Iran while foolishly dismissing warnings about Strait of Hormuz closures—probably the most PREDICTABLE strategic countermeasure Iran could employ. And let's make something ABUNDANTLY clear: If Russia were to lay down down its arms right now, the war would be over, but if Ukraine were to disarm, they would not only lose their independence and territory, but would also be inviting Putin to expand his land grabbing crusade into Eastern Europe. Donald Trump is too dumb (with a "b") to realize that his bromance with Vladimir Putin is one-sided, and that any overtures from Putin are explicitly designed to weaken the United States; strain our western alliances; erode our strategic influence around the world and undermine our trustworthiness as a global partner.

What do you say about this @elonmusk?
Just so you understand the scale of betrayal: first, our "partners" didn't warn Ukraine about the incoming ballistic missiles, so the air raid alert wasn't activated before impact, robbing people of their chance to survive. Then, Starlink was restricted to stop working at speeds above 100 mph. This renders useless, first and foremost, our interceptor drones. It doesn't limit our ability to attack inside Russia, it limits our ability to stop another apartment building or school full of civilians from being hit. Wow, just wow.
