Two jars of chemicals he identified as used to make TATP - a highly unstable explosive - were found in his bedroom. He was charged with making or attempting to make a destructive device. The investigation is ongoing... Meanwhile, in Pinellas County, the commission narrowly approved the expansion of Masjid Al-Rahman at 2577 Keystone Road while describing it only as a “community assembly facility.” Residents packed the hearing and said hell no.
