How is this not obvious. The natural state is consenting adults exchanging good and services on their property without interference from anyone else. Both socialism and fascism move away from this towards a coercive third party telling people what they can’t or can do. It’s in the same direction towards coercion and away from freedom. All compulsory isms are the same.

Again, why does Solana founder feel like carrying water for inhuman fascists who are shitcoin grifters is beyond me. What a fake dickhead caping for "freedom money" and defi
Is there anything a solana dev can’t do?

This is a smart contract on Bitcoin. More precisely it is a public Taproot transaction carrying a Tacit envelope that records the seeding of a standard xyk curve AMM pair and a 0.30% LP fee. (i.e., uniswapv2-style pool) The pair tokens are bridged ETH (tETH), and TAC - a fixed supply token etched by the rules of the Tacit V1 confidential token metaprotocol on Bitcoin. Unlike other indexer-tracked tokens on Bitcoin, such as ordinals and runes, etc., TAC and tETH on Bitcoin have confidential amounts, shielded pools, and their transactions are reflected and validated by an immutable smart contract on Ethereum, the Tacit Confidential Pool V1. Anyone can issue similar assets on either chain, too, using the bridge factory, but they work as if they are on both. This means that Ethereum can provide programmatic guarantees to Bitcoin assets and also receive them, too. Without any new hardforks for either blockchain. And Bitcoin users can rely on Ethereum to catch lying indexers as those assets won't bridge, completing the loop. Since these assets are UTXO notes, they are relatively cheap to process, privacy preserving, and they also share the same state across both Bitcoin and Ethereum. This means Bob can send a tacit token from Bitcoin to Ethereum, in some cases, in minutes. This is what I mean when I talk about confidential crosschain DeFi on @tacitfi.

tacit (t) is the only protocol that lets you privately issue and swap tokens backed by native bitcoin:native and $ETH, all without relying on trusted third parties.

Announcing the public preview of Leani.dev: a lightweight Ethereum indexing node for research and apps on your own infra. Building on Ethereum shouldn’t require a third-party RPC, and it definitely shouldn’t require a full node. The concept is simple. You define the structure of your data via a processor, and Leani fulfills your history requests while also (optionally) serving live data. This enables you to quickly build a backend for tracking Uniswap prices or even a browsable blobs leaderboard like blobs.money, all while saving plenty of storage and RPC costs. Leani comes with a handful of built-in processors, but it is easy to write your own. Simply point your agent towards the repo: github.com/smart-byte/leani. Leani can be used as an RPC drop-in for all methods that do not require the EVM, through its HTTP API, by streaming changes over SSE, or with a dedicated TypeScript SDK. I’ve already used Leani to build all kinds of cool things, from a simple real-time price feed to blobs.money. Ethereum 🫡 (Disclaimer: it's a public preview, so I'd use it mainly for fun experiments and research for now. Expect breaking changes.)

Underrated feature in Aztec’s upcoming V6 upgrade: AZIP-26 It pretty much lets apps instantly verify Aztec transactions directly from block headers, without needing to sync a ton of chain data. This is a massive win for UX/DX on Aztec, especially if you're building light clients and even consumer apps with privacy and verifiability at their core. Tbh, it totally deserves more publicity from the Aztec team and their community than it's currently getting.
The Alpha V6 code is ready. V6 is a new version of Aztec focused on security, stability, speed. It can now enter the governance process to head to mainnet. Read the proposal below and follow along as the community brings it to life. forum.aztec.network/t/azup-3…

Earlier this year me & my team intensely focused on AI-accelerating Aztec’s prover tech. A lot of staring at benchmarks and algorithms and flame graphs. I never imagined that such improvements could be made on top of the work we already did. Just remarkable.
Chonk proofs can now be generated on iOS Safari. It was not possible yesterday

zSwap v0.3 is live 👾! Last month I released zSwap to demonstrate that you can run a DEX aggregator 100% on blockchain. DeFi that runs forever without humans. v0.3 now turns zSwap into much, much, much more Let's dive in 👇
/zSwap, a fully onchain decentralized exchange built on Ethereum, with all code, including frontend and application logic, stored on mainnet smart contracts./

bitcoin laser eyes are not happy
I'm sorry if this sounds cynical, and I understand that if you haven't been around long it will read as such, but it's been pretty obvious for many years now that a primary objective of Ethereum people like this guy or Vitalik Buterin is to inflict as much damage on the public perception of Bitcoin as possible.

$TACIT You lock BTC on Bitcoin and post a wstETH bond worth at least 1.5× the lock, which keeps earning ETH staking yield. In return you mint private cBTC 1:1 in the Tacit pool.
pretty big deal. Whether you are bitcoiner or etherean. It's a maker dao with bitcoin assets and native privacy.

These MAGAts and (unfortunately) many ordinary Americans are missing something crucial here, about what Trump has REALLY done to the U.S., in terms of future attitudes/behaviours. To use an example, let's say President "Smith" becomes POTUS. President "Smith" spends 4 years in office signing this "deal" and that "deal" with other nations around the globe. All signed, sealed and buttoned-up. Done. However, he gets defeated 4 years later by President "Jones". President "Jones", for whatever reason, does not like the deals that President "Smith" made with these other nations. So.....he rips them up. Nulls them. Voids them. Now, he wants to "re-negotiate" all of these deals to HIS liking. To advance HIS ideals. Regardless of the minutia involved here, a precedent has now been set: ANY agreements/deals signed by ANY POTUS on behalf of the United States.....can be terminated/scrapped at ANY time, depending on the government-of-the-day. Going forward, other nations will now look upon ANY American signature on ANY document being as worthless as the paper it's written on. Any agreements reached with America MUST now be taken with a TON of salt. And the biggest irony in of all this? Native-Americans already found this out a long, long time ago. The hard way. And folks simply didn't care to learn a lesson from it. Even if Trump disappears tomorrow.....the damage he has caused for the United States going forward is incalculable. By any/every measure.

FinCEN just withdrew the rule that would have treated crypto mixers as a primary money laundering threat. Buried in the notice: “lawful users of digital assets may leverage mixers to enable financial privacy when transacting through public blockchains.” Federal Register still files it under “Proposed Rule” ...that is the section used for withdrawals of proposed rules. The practical result is that the 2023 mixer proposal is dead. Link in thread 👇

7928 is a great EIP, it finally puts to bed the whole "parallel transactions and state specific priority fee bidding is impossible and a fundamental weakness of EVM" song and dance the Solana folks do
Glamsterdam just hit the Ethereum testnet, and it is the clearest bullish signal for $ETH base layer in years. The upgrade does two things that directly raise what Layer 1 can carry. Block-level access lists (EIP-7928) tell nodes in advance which accounts and storage a block touches, so independent transactions can run in parallel instead of one by one. Enshrined proposer-builder separation (EIP-7732) pulls block building into the protocol, cuts reliance on MEV relays, and gives clients more time to propagate and verify bigger blocks. Together they are the path to a much higher gas limit and faster L1 execution, without thinning out the validator set. Rollups still matter, but Ethereum is no longer treating the mainnet as a settlement stub. A faster, more native base chain means more activity, more fees, and more value settling on ETH itself. @BitMNR now owns 5% of ETH and runs its own validator set, this has major implications, more fees will go to Bitmine as well Sepolia is only the first public test. Hoodi and mainnet dates are still open, with mainnet eyed for later in 2026. If the clients hold, Glamsterdam is the upgrade that makes “scale the L1” real. $ETH $BMNR
