Chile before Sanchez = 0 trophies Chile with Sanchez = 2 trophies Senegal before Mane = 0 trophies Senegal with Mane = 2 trophies Greece before Cristiano = 0 trophies Greece with Cristiano = 1 trophy Spain before Xavi = 1 trophy Spain with Xavi = 3 trophies France before Zidane = 1 trophy France with Zidane = 4 trophies Inter Miami before Messi = 0 trophies Inter Miami with Messi = 6 trophies Barcelona before Messi = 1 UCL Barcelona with Messi = 4 UCL PSG before Dembele = 0 UCL PSG with Dembele = 2 UCL Don’t let them gaslight you with the rubbish they’re saying. There’s nothing Ronaldo has done that’s special that others hasn’t done. All they do is overhype the average thing he does. Portugal has always had quality players but always fall short. Imagine saying Harry Kane plays for a small team because they haven’t won anything since. History doesn’t do anything in recent years. If not, Italy that’s 4 times world champions would still be winning. No one cares about what Pele did in 1956 or what Ronaldo did in 2002. France 2026, Spain 2026 has better players than the current Brazil squad and that’s what matters. Nottingham forest are 2 time UCL winners while Arsenal isn’t but their 2 UCL doesn’t make them better than current Arsenal. Ronaldo fans are trying to make you believe that Portugal has always been a small country until Ronaldo put them on the map. A country that has Eusebio, Figo, Deco and others. A country which their club is among top 7 in Europe and their clubs have won UCL different times. They have underachieved, yes but underachieving doesn’t automatically make them a small country like Belarus, Poland and co.
