With primary schools closed, a poor Early Warning System (EWS)and recommendations has meant that the poor students from the economically weaker section (EWS) are bearing the brunt of poor AQ- staying at home and trying to learn online. How many years do they grapple with this (+)

The CAQM met on 3 Nov in the late afternoon and was advised to not implement GRAP IV - the toughest restrictions as the science was indicating that things 'were getting better'. That was a poor decision. If indeed led by science, our scientific agencies have a long way to go (+)

I spent 3 hours today bringing DSIDC, MCD and PWD officials to address this problem in Okhla Phase III - rampant C&D dumping, local @BJP4India neta in Shyam Nagar indulging in it too. PWD insists it was handed over to MCD and wants me to dig up the paper work @DPCC_pollution
