You'd better pray Alpha doesn't take this further. The Press Council only handles publications, but the Legal Practice Council (LPC) regulates lawyers, and you are in direct breach of the Code of Conduct. Calling a journalist 'useless' for doing his job is a clear violation of Rule 3.14. The LPC WILL take action. This will permanently destroy your reputation, your clients will flee, businesspeople will refuse to work with you, and the community will lose all respect for you. Malema will never defend you. You will be left standing alone with nothing but your own arrogance.
