A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. The Pentagon just launched a program requiring every military base in the continental U.S. to be able to run independently for 90 days without the civilian grid. Meanwhile, the U.K. Prime Minister is telling citizens to prepare for upcoming "emergencies."
Why? Because they know our power and water systems are vulnerable, and they aren't relying on luck anymore.
But before we freak out, THIS IS A GOOD THING. It doesn't mean war is imminent. It means Trump is taking our national security seriously. He knows we have to protect our bases from any type of attack.
We don't know if there's more to this, but I will say, IF you've ever been looking for a sign to start prepping... this might be it.
