It's been a while since I created the original version of this, so I updated it for 2026-27. Note: these are the current projections for the Cap, Tax, Aprons and Exceptions. Hope this helps people understand the various spending levels and restrictions with each. Send feedback!

Ummm, Cavs, what are you doing? You had this game won easily.

I don’t even really know what happening here. This site is really something else.

I don’t think it’s me that you are mad at. But let it all out, if you need to.

It's probably not today, but we aren't too far off from having some conversations about the Heat. This game was close, but was a real mess for Miami. They did not look good once again.

Myles Turner just had a stretch of about as bad of basketball as you can possibly have: Turnover Maxey ran by him for a layup Turned it over again on the inbound Fouled Jabari Walker for a three-point play Committed an offensive foul for a third straight turnover

UCF! WOW!

With all of the other injuries, why is Mason McKenzie still in this game for BC? He did his job!

Rockets are playing through Alperen Sengun down the stretch here and Sengun is delivering time and time again.

Jayson Tatum tonight: 36 points on 53.8% shooting 9 rebounds 7 assists 3 steals 2 turnovers That last one is a big one that might get lost in the other stuff.

I always say that winning a title takes a ton out of you. It takes time to ramp back up the next year. No one climbs Everest, comes back down and says, "Let's go back up!" They take a while to build back up to it.

Really good bounce-back win for the Celtics. They split a tough opening set. Knicks will be fine. Two tough ones for them to open the season.

Jayson Tatum has Tatumed this fourth quarter. Yeah, he's still awesome.

I think the broadcast had the score wrong in Celtics-Knicks going into this timeout. All the box scores show that it's 101-98 Boston. I think whoever is running the scorebug for Prime got confused by that review that confirmed Josh Hart's three (96 pts) and added an extra point.

Knicks are down 12, but are shooting free throws for the final 7:51 of the fourth quarter. That's something to keep an eye on.

Mitchell Robinson's gravity as a roll man has shown up multiple times tonight for Boston. The Celtics have gotten at least four wide-open three-point looks with Robinson rolling down the middle. And he can finish a lob pretty well too!
