Imagine if you could reduce your debt by dividing it onto three credit cards! Well Mark Carney says today you can.

Canadians are falling behind on car loans, credit cards and personal loans. Loans 90 days overdue have more than tripled since 2015. Meanwhile, Canadian families bear $6,000 a year FOR INTEREST PAYMENTS ALONE for massive Liberal debt. Canadians are exhausting their credit to make ends meet, while Liberals continue borrowing against your future. The debt is theirs. The burden is yours. nationalpost.com/news/canada…

Telesat got a $2.3B government contract. Its CEO is a personal friend of the Prime Minister. He's not on the PM's conflict screen. Last week, the Ethics Commissioner asked me to send him the details. Here they are.

Thank you to Conservative MP @TerryDowdall for presenting Erin Small’s petition to strengthen protections for victims of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. The Liberals awarded a nearly $12 million security contract to an American-owned company instead of the Commissionaires, Canada's largest non-governmental employer of veterans, over a price difference of just $80,000. Putting Canada first means putting Canada's veterans first. The Liberals must reverse this decision.

We need a budget that saves you money. My letter to the Prime Minister was on how to: 1. Cut wasteful, inflationary spending. 2. Keep his promises to reduce debt and deficits. 3. Scrap fuel taxes to lower the cost of gas, groceries, and everything else. Lower costs for Canada and for you. 🇨🇦

Wife of a long term dementia patient here - 👋 If Bruce had signed an advanced directive, would I have been left to make the decision on when to apply MAiD? Even after 11 years, yesterday I saw him smile, laugh, interact and enjoy his meals while being non-mobile, incontinent and non verbal. I can promise you, I would ignore any advanced directive. Yes, he is a different man with a different life now but subjectively and objectively he is comfortable and content. I would not believe this Bruce would want to stop living. In this case, would the “state” step in to provide MAiD over my objections and experience? We are rushing to a set of really complex entanglements. So much room for harm.
As a cancer MD, here’s what terrifies me about advance MAiD requests. A patient with dementia could be smiling, laughing and enjoying life. But a document signed years earlier says it’s time to die. Administer MAiD and risk criminal charges? Refuse and potentially face a College complaint from the family? What an extraordinary position to put a physician in.

How long will this theatre go on? While Canadians can’t afford food and homes, Mr. Carney has distracted for months with big talk about “Associate Membership” with Europe. Now, Europe has rejected it. For the next two days, we will be distracted again from the cost-of-living crisis with wall-to-wall media coverage on yet another grand theatrical meeting to sign a bunch of meaningless declarations filled with big words (catalyze, anyone?) and promises to meet again to talk more. No one’s mortgage or grocery bill will come down. We already have a free trade deal with Europe, Mr. Carney. Get the 9 countries who have not ratified it to do so. And get EU countries to let our beef into the continent and cancel their planned carbon tariff on Canada. Otherwise stop wasting your time and our money. Both are running out.

The Liberals unethical behaviour knows no bounds.
WATCH QP October 27, 2026: The government is not a family-run business. The Prime Minister created an official Government role for his wife as Canada's new "Ocean Envoy" and gave her more than $1.2 billion tax dollars to work with. Liberals shut down a motion to have her appear at Committee to explain her new role, her mandate, her priorities, and what the $1.2 Billion tax dollars will be used for. #cdnpoli

MAiD in Canada is already facing serious concerns about failing safeguards, weak oversight and vulnerable Canadians falling through the cracks. Just 20 days ago, the Liberals voted down my bill to permanently stop this expansion. Mental illness and advance requests are separate issues, one has been extensively studied and has broad consensus, the other does not. With the March 17 deadline approaching, the Liberals are holding Parliament ransom.

Repeal the Liberal tanker ban. Let’s get shipping oil by rail to Prince Rupert in the next two years. It will boost our paycheques, our dollar, and our economic independence.
Alberta supports Conservative MP David McKenzie’s Bill C-264 to repeal the federal Oil Tanker Moratorium Act and remove barriers preventing our responsibly produced energy from reaching global markets. Repealing the ban would open the door to crude-by-rail exports through Prince Rupert, giving Alberta another route to reach customers around the world. Our oil to the United States is selling at a significant discount at a disadvantage to the entire country. The only effective way to close that gap is to increase exports off our western coast and get more customers competing for our energy. For decades, limited access to tidewater has left Alberta heavily dependent on a single customer, putting our oil at a competitive disadvantage and reducing the value of our resources. The Trans Mountain Expansion has helped open new markets, particularly in Asia, but we need more pipelines and more access to tidewater. Pacific Link will help increase our export capacity, but we also need to remove the federal tanker ban to unlock opportunities through Prince Rupert. Global demand for energy continues to grow, and Alberta has the resources to help meet it. Alberta holds the fourth-largest proven oil reserves in the world, and developing those resources benefits all Canadians. They help fund hospitals, schools, critical infrastructure and social programs across the country, while creating long-term economic opportunities for Indigenous communities through investment and co-ownership in major projects. Canada cannot become a global energy superpower while federal policies continue to stand in the way of getting our energy to the world. Repealing the tanker ban is an important step toward securing better prices for our resources and building a stronger, more prosperous Canada.

At committee, @jon_penney explained how transnational repression works. Threaten one person, and fear cascades through an entire community. The closeness that sustains a diaspora is the very closeness foreign regimes exploit. And when threats come, many feel they have nowhere to turn. Even law enforcement can be seen as another threat rather than a source of protection. That is the deeper harm. The silence, the fear, the people who withdraw from public life. Much of it never appears in a police report, which is precisely why it is so difficult to confront. Liberals cannot claim to defend Canadian sovereignty while foreign intimidation goes unanswered. Protect those targeted. Confront those responsible. Establish a REAL foreign agent registry. Canadians answer to no foreign regime.

An important discussion on Canada’s national security in Toronto last night with @SherylSap, Phil Gurski (@borealissaves) and Ches Parsons. Thanks to @DMCBaxendale for moderating. Twenty-five years after 9/11, as Gurski examines in his new book 9/11: The Unfinished Battle, terrorism, foreign interference and economic subversion remain serious threats. Canada must meet them with resolve, for our people and our continent. Our national security is inseparable from our economic security, sovereignty and credibility alongside all of our alliances.

This is one of the most powerful and gut-wrenching testimonials I've ever heard in Parliament. Please watch it. In situations of divorce, Canadian law must prioritize the interests and wellbeing of children. Yet, bill C-223 would prevent judges in family court proceedings from even considering parental alienation. The bill says: "In determining what is in the best interests of the child, the court shall not take into consideration any allegation that a spouse has, or is likely to, through deliberate manipulation, persuade or encourage a child to become estranged from or resist contact with the other spouse." As Tamara explains, parental alienation is real and is deeply harmful.
I lost nearly 25 years with my father because I was taught to believe he was someone to fear. I know firsthand the damage parental alienation can do to a child, and I know that mothers can be responsible for it too. Today, I challenged Bill C-223 which could make it harder for courts to recognize when a loving father is being pushed out of his children’s lives. Children must be protected from abuse, but that includes emotional manipulation by either parent. Fathers matter. And children deserve the love of both parents when those relationships are safe. #BillC223 #FathersMatter #ParentalAlienation #ChildrensRights #FamilyLaw

Washington puts America first. Why is the Prime Minister @MarkJCarney doing the same? American firms win the contracts. Canadian veterans are passed over. Canadian steel is shut out of our own national projects. Liberals have reduced economic sovereignty to a talking point while sacrificing the very workers and industries a sovereign Canadian should defend. Canada's future demands national ambition, transformational growth, and the self-respect to fight for our people and our workers.
