I called this 4 years ago when he came to Charlotte and put out 900 BS offers to NC / SC kids in the spring. He never intended to be Charlotte's HC... it was his stepping stone to Maryland. He was ab embarrassment. – at Mooresville, NC

Absolute dumbest rule in sports
- HS football players can’t celebrate after a touchdown
Every other sport at all levels can celebrate.
✅ ⚾️ after a home run
✅ ⚽️ after a goal
✅ NFL & NCAA 🏈
✅ 🏀 after a 3pt or dunk
❌ high school 🏈 after a TD
You mean a team doesn't really have multiple players averaging 15+ tackles per game?? – at Huntersville, NC
A friendly reminder to high school football statisticians: Under NFHS guidelines, a play ending in a tackle should result in one solo tackle or two assisted tackles. Multiple defenders should not be credited with solo tackles on the same play, nor should three, four, five or more defenders routinely receive assisted tackles on a single play.
Solo tackles + (assisted tackles ÷ 2) should roughly align with the number of plays ending in potential tackles. (rushing attempts, receptions, kick returns, punt returns).
Accurate and consistent stat keeping ensures players receive proper recognition.

The same player had a 90 yard KOR cut as he crossed the 50. Last night, it was an 88 yd Interception before he got to the 10. Nearly a dozen Special Teams plays completely missed. – at Concord, NC
We spend way too much money for @Hudl Focus to constantly NOT film entire plays or cut off the end of long Runs / Passes / Returns.
At least a dozen clips entirely missing or cut short from last night's game.
Ridiculous.
