I was on the fence on whether to by a new Mac Book, but after using @bot I don't think it is necessary, my processing requirement is no longer local for most of my tasks. Everything has changed, productivity skyrocketed. I went from scaling Mac Minis to running Grok Bot. Literally a project I back burnered due to the amount of time it would take was completed over the weekend via my phone.
I went through all my SaaS expenses and one by one I am eliminating them with a custom platform built around my client's or my needs, a custom solution that is alive and morphs to my requests. I can only image when Grok Bot and Optimus Robot are combined.

Sometimes solutions are simple and don't require Tesla or SpaceX level engineering. In this example I was able to stop the board from continuously warping as high as eight inches above the fence (depending on the weather) with a small rock. Free & Easy, just the way I like solutions.

A lot of people are asking about openclaw use cases. I have had openclaw about five days and have already streamlined some internal processes saving about 10 hours a week,
I reduced openclaw costs for my latest video clip generation tool by using local resources to include a local hosted dashboard. The tool/pipeline is almost entirely local/free. Here's the breakdown:
Free (runs on your Mac):
• Video download (yt-dlp)
• Audio extraction (ffmpeg)
• Transcription (Whisper runs locally on CPU)
• Clip selection (local scoring algorithm)
• Speaker zoom (OpenCV, local)
• Caption generation (local)
• Video rendering (ffmpeg)
• Google Drive upload (rclone)
Tiny API cost:
• Title/description generation — one small LLM call per clip (a few cents total per video)
So running a pipeline from the dashboard doesn't cost anything like a chat session. It's basically free except for the title generation, which is negligible. Run as many as you want. 👍
