Twitch Playthrough 403: #CallofDutyModernWarfare4 🔹️Gameplay 7/10 🔹️Story/Missions 9.5/10 🔹️Audio/Music 5/10 🔹️Graphics/Art 9/10 ▫️Review after 25 hours played. (Completed) 🔷️Final Score 7/10 🔹️Incredible story that gets you immersed most the time. You really feel bad when you play as the north korea soldier in one of the missions. The nightclub with Price is such a John Wick moment and it was awesome. Also insanely smooth transitions and animations. Helicopters crash in real time with no lag, car chases with a bunch of rolling cars with no lag. Their face animations and emotions are also shown really well. 🔹️The gameplay is good. Gone is the horrible "omni" movement and we are back to traditional call of duty controls. Guns feel great, with a kick to them with good animations. Only thing that feels a bit off is the default sprint having the animation of tactical sprint. 🔹️Some great additions like picking a operator and killstreaks on each custom class, Prestige mode lets you do the classic way of losing everything but gaining 20% more xp permanently, or you can keep everything, but not get bonus xp. 🔹️DMZ mode taking huge inspiration from escape from tarkov for some of its elements which makes the mode better than it have been. However streaks, pvp and lack of immersion kills alot of the fun. 🔸️ The multiplayer is the worst part of the game. It plays and sounds exactly like the last 5 games. The guns are exactly the same as every year, and the same killstreaks, hud and stuff like that. Players get to jump around corners on ADHD crack with no penalty to recoil or anything. Sadly multiplayer in a cod game has fallen so far down after the absolute aids called warzone impacts gameplay and other aspects. The ragdolls is also terrible with guns still flying in slow motion out of their hands. 🔸️Bad multiplayer maps. 🔸️Just like the last few call of duty games. Audio is terrible. Super quiet voices in the "pre rendered cutscenes", low in gameplay and gun shots are way too loud. Having to mess with audio while playing is quite annoying. I tried the game on my TV aswell and it wasnt as bad, but still had the issue. 🔸️DMZ mode has quite a few bugs. Night vision goggles didnt spawn for the whole team in mission 3. They also dont let you toggle them off and on manually. It automatically goes on and off and sometimes in day light you cant take them off. Camping is also a huge issue at extracts, since missions makes you go to a specific extract. ✨️ The best call of duty campaign in the reboot series with it also being in my top 3 campaigns of all time being dragged down by a warzone stench you can smell in every mode.

Im not a big warzone fan, but the new DMZ mode on MW4 wasnt too bad. As a tarkov player I really do see how they brought the stash system, and looting to upgrade modules in a way that fits call of duty. I just dont like killstreaks, so many hud elements and things like that.

(Completed Solo & CO-OP on Insane Difficulity + 100% Collectibles) 🔷️Final Score: 9/10 🔹️Gears is back and its freaking awesome. 🔹️The gameplay have got a massive improvement over gears 5. This game has been built from the ground up, with everything being completely new. The new animations are super smooth, your character feels like he is wearing heavy armor in a good way, you now have climbing and a jump button aswell. Wall bouncing have been nerfed, with no more insane cancelling and instead you get rewarded by bouncing at the right time. There is also a slide which you can use and shoot at the same time. Ive dodged torque and sniper shots with it, very satisfying. 🔹️The upgrade system for guns is nice. You find these crates around with upgrades, that will change how your guns work. These carry over to new playthroughs aswell so you can use things from act 4 and 5 in act 1 for example. 🔹️The story is really good. One of the best intros to a gears game ever. The beginning of emergence day, helping civilians and the chaos is awesome. Memorable set pieces, lore for fans and great design through the missions. There is semi-open areas in the campaign that lets you do secondary objectives to unlock mods for your weapons. 🔹️You can pick between the four characters when you want, and picking different ones gives you different things to do in certain missions. 🔹️ 4 Player co-op is back! 🔹️The visuals, audio and optimization is top tier. You can shoot or interact with almost everything in the game. When they talk it echoes if its a tunnel, hallway. A enemy scream will shatter windows, make the car shake. So many small details. The gore looks better than ever aswell. Locations change overtime and you get the feeling of how the locust is fucking things up. You can see the emotions in their faces, better than any game ive ever seen. 🔹️A bunch of cosmetics to unlock by playing the game. We are back to the challenges and medal system from gears 3. No battlepass bullshit. 🔹️Horde Siege is a fun new take on horde. 3 teams of 4 go on a open map to do different quests. You can help other squads, or just focus on your own missions. 🔹️4 player co-op in campaign, horde and multiplayer. Consistant and not like gears 4 and 5 with different player counts in different modes. 🔸️The two new characters Mags and Lucas are kind of boring for now. Their backstory isnt very interesting, and the focus on marcus and dom gets put a tiny bit in the background. 🔸️Some re-used areas that you go back through in the campaign. I know its to show the damage that the locust cause within a small amount of time, but it gets a bit repetitive. 🔸️Classic horde is missing. No laser barricades and upgradable defences. 🔸️No chainsaw duels and meatshields. 🔸️6 maps is not enough for a launch. 🔸️A lack of weapon executions on launch. Mostly only a curbstomp, chainsaw, and a retro lancer slice. 🔸️Game has been crashing a few times. 🔷️A game made with love, which you can tell through the story. It has its issues, but time will make it better.

(Completed with 95% S Rank) 🔷️Final Score: 9/10 🔹️The gameplay is first of all much better than the last game, and you really get that top gun feeling from it. You fly through a rainy cloud and get rain all over the screen, you hear explosions around you, Hear the team stress in their voices when things get intense, and both normal and expert controls are done really well if you arr a casual or a veteran player. 🔹️ Amazing atmosphere and audio. You feel the engine, and the plane. The dialouge and voice acting is top tier with constant communication between your team to make it feel authentic. 🔹️Alot of great cinematics, and action in the cutscenes, which was lacking in the last one. 🔹️The online is surprisingly good. A big online space for up to 100 players. You can go around change parts on your aircrafts, go play arcade machines like pac-man and play fun co-op missions where two teams fight NPC's to get most points, A co-op mode 4v4 pvpve that is really fun and the traditional deathmatches. There is also these raid bosses every hour where you get one chance to defeat a massive enemy. You get teamed up with other people and you all work together to take it down. 🔹️The game comes with a remastered version of Belkan War aswell. 🔸️Online matches are too short and too focused on long range missiles. 🔸️The mission rating system is a bit broken. I died 3 times during a mission but got an S rank. 🔸️Bad mission checkpoints at times. 🔸️Horrible AI teammates. Your wingmen doesnt do anything in the campaign to help. You can give them orders and they will still do nothing. ✨️A really damn good ace combat game. Well done devs. This captures the thrill of flying with intense combat.
