Barcelona once had the best striker in the world, the best right winger/player in the world, and the best left winger(bar Ronaldo) in the world, and it worked quite well for them
🚨 Barça president Laporta on Mbappé to Real Madrid: “I said it! Having more than one rooster in the same chicken coop can't work, never”.
“The priority in football is the team and the spirit of the team. If you don't have these things, the project won't work”.
“This is one of Barcelona's strengths. We do have great talents, La Masía players, players who come from other football cultures, and then manage to form a team among them with harmony that works well”.
“And that thanks to a great coach, Hansi Flick, and also to a sports director, Deco, who works to improve this team”, told L’Équipe.
Just now noticing the "clank" sound effect when Stormbreaker returns to Thor's hand

They're going to make him Sokovian, aren't they?
We won't be bullied in the transfer market, but we sure will be on the pitch...
When everyone else has paid for major targets leaving us scrounging for scraps.
Hate that I have to agree with Goldbridge on something
For a club that lacks consistency, targeting a player that has displayed a trait of inconsistency isn't something you should be doing.

▪️ Igor Thiago rated highly 📉
▪️ New number 9️⃣
Mikel Arteta is making it clear: Arsenal needs a new number 9 to elevate the team.
The pressure is on, especially with Viktor Gyökeres, who turns 28 on Saturday and has no resale value.
The club's owners thought they had a gem last summer, but that gamble hasn’t paid off. Now the focus shifts to Igor Thiago at Brentford, a player the technical team rates highly.
Arteta knows that bringing in the right striker is crucial for our ambitions. It’s time to invest wisely and take Arsenal to the next level.
I might sound delusional, but we threw away at least two Premier League trophies by sacking Ole and Mourinho.
Especially Mourinho, no way he wouldn't have won one with proper backing.
