Fantastic work, a wonderful example of Scouts helping others in need.
Outages in #Ukraine leave many in the dark, without heat and unable to cook. @skaut 🇨🇿 has collected over 10,000 tin candles that will be distributed in Kyiv and Dnipro by @ukrscout & other groups. They will bring warmth and light to the affected homes.

Huge congratulations to all those @scouts recognised in the New Year Honours list, but especially to friends @KieronMoir BEM and @gmcaldwell35 MBE. Delighted for you both, richly deserved recognition.
Just brilliant!
We’re so proud to receive HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Volunteering Award.
The award recognises the difference our volunteers make to young people’s lives and the brilliant support Scouts gave communities throughout the pandemic. bit.ly/3VezCCa #PlatinumJubileeQAVS

We’ve enjoyed a brilliant evening at Sharpe Jntr’s school, for @SchoolLongcroft Talent Show. From bands, solo artists, musical theatre and drama, to dancing, singing, comedy and emotional hard hitting drama - such vast, breathtaking talent.
Great to hear @erhighsheriff on @RadioHumberside talking about working with @humbersidescout to launch the first ever @WhiteRibbon_UK @scouts badge, to raise awareness of & end violence against women & girls. Looking forward to my own group working on the badge.
A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon spent with @hulltourguide on a walking tour of the old town of #Hull. Thanks Paul, Sharpe Jnr and I really enjoyed ourselves!

We’re proud that 120 Scouts aged 18-25 from across the UK have volunteered to support everyone who’ll be paying their respects to HM Queen in London this week. Scouts have a long history of supporting the nation and serving our communities: we’re honoured to play our part.
If you’re at @GilwellReunion, do come along and take part in our @UKContingent activities. We have a stall in the international tent where you can collect your Chingu bingo card, we have two workshops this morning and the WSJ in Korea Reception at 4pm in the CIC.
