I generated $43,800 overnight using an automated Claude setup. I’ve documented the exact, step-by-step process behind this timezone arbitrage strategy. What you need: • Claude • A laptop • 24 hours to test it (no cost) How to access the guide: 1. Comment “ Codex ” 2. Like & repost 3. Follow @ai_uncovered (so I can send it via DM) The system runs continuously, scanning global news across Japanese, European, Australian, and Middle Eastern markets. It identifies pricing inefficiencies—situations where outcomes are already reflected overseas, but U.S. markets have yet to adjust. After 9 days of running this setup, the results have been consistent—and eye-opening. Most traders focus on EST. Markets don’t. While one region sleeps, another resolves events in real time. That timing gap is the opportunity. Follow @ai_uncovered to receive the full breakdown. Don't forget to Bookmark!...

It has been 3 months since I've started building the Visionair app... No one told me building an app was going to be this hard. But...I was also not told it was going to be this entertaining. The way I think about this is literally like if I'm making my own video game, but the video game is going to make other companies that work with me a TON of money. Now I do want to say that I was never building this for fun. I'm building this because I believe everyone who uses Voice AI needs a solid system that the Voice AI can rely on. At the moment most systems for Voice AI are built manually and don't have the scalability backbone because they not only have to make an Agent, they also have to create every integration post call, every workflow, etc. And at the end of it, they don't even get as much as Visionair will bring to the table. Since I know Visionair is an extremely powerful platform I've decided I'm going to make it invite only. Not because I don't want everyone to use it, but because I want to help specific companies win before I help the masses. Moral of the story...don't ever let people who don't fully see your vision shape your path.

I just got my first professional camera! Throughout my 4 years of being a solopreneur I have always done 1 thing every time I learn something new. MAKE VIDEOS... You might ask why? It's because I like helping people, I don't care if I don't get repayment for what I put out there. This is such a big achievement for me because I've never taken content as seriously as I will take it in the next couple of months. People need to know that learning Voice AI is not easy, building an app is not easy. But if I can make it a bit easier for someone that's new to the industry, then that's enough for me. Any way, to celebrate this I will be posting a picture of Ban (my dog)!

I have analyzed over 100,000 Voice AI calls. And what I found in that data will change how you think about every agent you deploy from this point forward. Most people building Voice AI are optimizing the wrong thing at the wrong time. They are tweaking tone, adjusting scripts, and testing voices before they have even confirmed the agent actually works at a fundamental level. That is backwards. And it is costing them clients they do not even realize they are losing. I just dropped a video breaking down the exact system I use to turn Voice AI agents from flashy demos into production grade performers. Here is what I cover. Why you have to build an agent that actually works before you optimize anything and why getting this backwards is the most expensive mistake in this industry. Why you should be scoring every single call not spot checking a handful and what you miss when you do not. How to catch problems before your client ever notices them and why that gap is where most agencies lose the trust they spent months building. Why AI should be monitoring your calls at scale and not a human sitting through recordings hoping to catch something. And why specific well defined scoring criteria will always outperform gut feel no matter how experienced you are. This is not theory. This is what 100,000 real calls actually revealed about where agents break down, where callers hang up, and what separates the agents that convert from the ones that get ignored. If you are running Voice AI for inbound intake or appointment setting and you are not measuring what is actually working, this video will change your game. youtube.com/watch?v=XtAMdxF4…

It’s 2026, my team and I are no longer “beginners” We spent the nights tirelessly looking at our computers trying to figure out prompts without the help of a youtube video. We took the challenge to go through the hundreds of mistakes Voice AI launches at you. We were the ones that failed countless times in order to win. That’s why everything that I’ve learned with my team has been put into one app that has it all. CRM, Lead scoring, Sentiment scoring, Call flags, Workflow capabilities, Integrations meant for Voice AI, and the main thing… You can easily connect your agent from Synthflow, Vapi, Elevenlabs, Retell and just edit your agents from our platform. Nothing needs to change for your team, no migration, no heavy lift to make the change, just better actionable insights and agent modifications with self learning capabilities. youtu.be/KhRhnJDQCjY?si=o4di…

Nowadays you HAVE to copy others to win.. Even if people phrase it in others ways like inspiration, reference, etc. It’s still the same thing, you’re taking the idea of someone else and building on it. The world evolves this way but I’ll tell you something that will help you win even more… Be original, you don’t need to say the same exact thing others say just because it worked for them. Picture it like this, if you follow what someone else did it will never take you as far as it took the first person who did it. You NEED to be original in order to create that trend. Here’s the hard truth though because it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Setting a trend is NOT easy. You’re going to fail…a lot. But when you get it right once all the failures will be paid off. This is how I’m thinking while working on my app (Visionair). Hope this helps inspire others to do the same.

I don't care about having a stable job… I’d rather live with my mom at 23 following my dreams til they come true then working a six figure job for the next 20 years. To be truthful, I did work a job like this with Synthflow and it’s good to have this type of experience. However, you should also be able to grow alone. I worked with Synthflow for a year and 2 months and recently quit. I quit because I wanted to follow my own dream. I’ve always had the same dream since childhood, go to 7 different countries and help those in need. But in order to do that I need money, just as anyone else. That’s why I’ve come up with something that can help tons of people using Voice AI. With my experience, the issue with Voice AI right now is the fact that you need around 4 web-apps or more to make something like this work. Not to mention it’s literally a whole process to make your agents, test them, connect them to your CRMs/calendars, and even see how they’re performing. I literally made Visionair just for this reason. Now I get it’s not a perfect application yet, it has its bugs and flaws just like any other.  But…it will be later on with the right help and I’m more than excited for that. I recently applied to YCombinator and even other investors I’ve spoken to that love what I’ve made so far. I am not sharing this to boast. I am pretty much sharing this is my ambition to get to my dream. There is nothing like watching something go from a blank screen to a product that makes investors lean forward in their seat. The journey is still going. But I would not trade a single hard day of it. If you have any recommendations with Visionair, we’re more than happy to speak with you and actually listen to what you have to say to make the app better. Moral of the story, follow your dream, we only live once.

If you are building Voice AI agents without monitoring them, you are flying blind. And I do not mean checking in on them occasionally. I mean having a system that scores every call, flags every issue, reads the sentiment of every conversation, and automatically generates a fix the moment something breaks. Without that layer in place you are not running a Voice AI operation. You are running a gamble. I just dropped a video that walks you through exactly how to build this from scratch. Here is what I cover. How to connect your Voice AI provider whether that is Synthflow, ElevenLabs, Retell, or Bland and get full visibility into every call your agent is making. How to set up Call Scoring so you know the quality and value of every conversation the moment it ends. How to set up Call Flags so you are the first person to know when something goes wrong and not your client. How to set up Call Sentiment so you understand how the person on the other end of that call actually felt throughout the entire interaction. How to read your call analysis and know exactly what your agent is doing well and where it is breaking down. And the part that changes everything. How to automatically generate a fix for a broken prompt, test it against real call data using A/B variants, and push it live to your agent in minutes. No manual call review. No guessing. No waiting for a client to tell you something is wrong. If you are serious about building Voice AI agents that retain clients and scale without breaking, this video is the starting point. youtu.be/r7_nJEZ0yX0?si=hQhf…

Nobody talks about what it actually feels like the moment a client says yes to a $10,000 a month contract. Everyone shows you the screenshot. Nobody shows you what happens right after. You close the laptop. You sit there for a second. And then the weight of it hits you. Not excitement. Responsibility. Because that number is not just revenue. It is a promise. It is a team that is counting on you to deliver something that justifies every dollar of what that client just committed to. And in Voice AI that promise is heavier than most industries. Because you are not selling a product they put on a shelf. You are embedding yourself into the way their business communicates with real people every single day. If it works they grow. If it fails they blame themselves for trusting you. That feeling never fully goes away no matter how many times you close a deal. And honestly I hope it never does. Because the day closing a contract stops feeling like a responsibility and starts feeling like just another win is the day you stop caring enough to do the work at the level it deserves. Every client we have at Visionair is someone who bet on us. I take that personally. Every single time.

I went to Epic Universe in Orlando this weekend. Which is saying something because I do not take weekends off. Most Saturdays and Sundays look exactly like my Mondays. Calls. Building. Fixing. Iterating. So choosing to step away this weekend was not something I took lightly. But I needed it. Not because I was burned out. Because sometimes you have to look up from the work to remember exactly why you are doing it. And walking around that park something clicked. The good times right now are not the destination. They are the preview. Everything we have built with Visionair over the past few years, the agency, the platform, the partnerships, the team of 11, that is not the finish line. That is the foundation. My passion has never just been to build a successful Voice AI business. It has been to shape the direction this entire industry moves in. To not just participate in where Voice AI goes but to build the world it lives inside of. A world where Voice AI agents never fail silently. Where every business deploying one has complete visibility into what is happening on every call. Where the standard of what good looks like in this industry is so high that mediocrity cannot survive next to it. That is what gets me back to the desk every Monday. And every Saturday. And every Sunday. The great times are ahead. We are just getting started.

The most underpriced agencies I have ever seen are also the ones with the most client problems. That is not a coincidence. When I first started in Voice AI I thought charging less was a competitive advantage. I thought it would make clients more likely to say yes. What it actually did was attract clients who saw my work as a commodity. They negotiated harder. They respected the work less. They churned faster. And every time something went wrong, which it will in Voice AI, they had no patience for it because they had never truly invested in what we were building together. The price you charge is not just a number. It is the first signal you send about how seriously you take your own work. A client who pays premium prices for a Voice AI solution shows up differently. They are invested in making it work. They give you the access you need. They trust your process because they paid for expertise not a discount. The clients who pushed back hardest on my pricing were never the ones who became long term partners. The ones who paid without flinching were. I am not telling you to overcharge for something you cannot deliver. I am telling you that if you are sitting on a proposal right now debating whether to lower your price to close the deal, that discount is not going to save the relationship. It is going to define it. Charge what the outcome is worth. Not what makes you feel safe enough to send the proposal.

I spent months building a monitoring system for Voice AI after losing clients to problems I didn't even know existed. Just dropped a full walkthrough on YouTube. In the video I show you exactly how to set up Call Scoring, Call Flags, and Call Sentiment across Synthflow, ElevenLabs, Retell, and Bland. And how to go from spotting a broken prompt to pushing a live fix in minutes without touching a single call manually. If you are running Voice AI and finding out something is broken only when a client tells you, this is the video you needed 6 months ago. youtu.be/r7_nJEZ0yX0?si=dwJh…

Hiring a QA person to listen to your Voice AI calls is one of the dumbest things you can do for your business. I said what I said. I have seen agencies bring on full time employees whose entire job is to sit and listen to calls for 40 hours a week. $3,000 to $4,000 a month. Every month. To do something that should never have required a human being in the first place. And the worst part is not the money. The worst part is that a human listening to calls is slower, less consistent, and more prone to missing things than a system built to do it automatically. A person gets tired. A person has a bad day. A person listens to 50 calls and starts skimming by call 30 because the work is mind numbing. And you are paying for that inconsistency like it is a feature. I am not saying quality control does not matter. It is one of the most important things in a Voice AI operation. What I am saying is that the way most agencies are doing it is embarrassingly inefficient. There is no version of a scalable Voice AI business where a human being is the last line of defense on call quality. That is not a quality control system. That is a bottleneck with a salary. If you are serious about scaling in this industry you need to build systems that catch problems automatically, flag them immediately, and give you the information you need to fix them without anyone having to sit through hours of recordings to find them. The agencies who figure that out first are going to make everyone else look like they are still operating in 2020. I have already figured out not only my way of doing it but I've also figured it out for over 20 Voice AI Developers who also needed help with it. A good hint for you would be to read my bio.

I have mentored over 40 business owners in Voice AI. And almost every single one of them made the same three mistakes. They wrote prompts for the perfect call. There is no perfect call. They sold the solution before they understood the client's operation well enough to know if Voice AI was even the right move yet. And they had no way to measure whether any of it was actually working once it was live. The technology was never the problem. It was everything surrounding it. Voice AI is not a product you deploy and walk away from. It is an operation you build, monitor, and refine alongside your client every single week. The ones who treated it that way are winning. The ones who didn't have already moved on to the next thing.

Going from $0 to $500,000 was not the hardest part of building this company. Going from 1 person to 11 was. Because revenue can hide a lot of problems. People cannot. Every person I brought in was either raising the standard or quietly lowering it. And for a while I was too focused on growth to tell the difference. A team of 11 people operating at 70% is not a team. It is a slow leak. The moment I got harder to join, the work got better. And the clients felt it immediately.

I was sitting in a room with Wells Fargo, American Airlines, and American Express and I had no business being there. At least that's what the voice in my head kept saying. I was there representing Synthflow at enterprise level events in Dallas and Orlando. And for the first few hours I did what most people do when they feel out of place. I listened more than I talked. That turned out to be the best decision I ever made. Because what I heard in those rooms completely changed how I thought about Voice AI. These were not small businesses trying to figure out if AI was worth testing. These were organizations running hundreds of thousands of calls a month asking very specific questions about reliability, compliance, integration depth, and what happens when the agent fails. They did not care about features. They cared about outcomes. And they could tell within 60 seconds whether the person in front of them understood their operation or was just trying to sell them something. That experience rewired how I approach every client conversation I have had since. I stopped leading with what Voice AI can do. I started leading with what the client stands to lose by not having it running correctly. I stopped talking about technology. I started talking about operations, risk, and revenue. Within a year of those events I took my agency from $0 to $500,000. Grew to a team of 11. And landed partnerships with a top 5 law firm in Southern California, and a top 5 recruiting company in Texas. None of that happens without those rooms. Not because of who I met. Because of what those conversations forced me to become.

3 years. 12 to 14 hours a day. No weekends that felt like weekends. No real off switch. Just the work, and then more work. People on the outside looking in would ask me how I kept going. Honest answer? I didn't always know if I was going to. There were nights where I sat in front of a screen wondering if any of this was going to add up to something. No guarantee it would. No mentor telling me I was on the right track. Just a belief that if I outworked everyone around me for long enough, something would have to give. And slowly, it did. Not all at once. Not in a way that felt like a big moment. Just one day I looked up and realized the reps had compounded into something real. That's the part nobody talks about. Not the highlight. Not the revenue number. Not the team. The 3 years before any of that existed. If you're in that part right now, the part where nobody's watching and nothing is guaranteed. Keep going.

Lost $22,000 at 19 to someone I trusted. Not a stranger. Someone I knew. That was the moment I stopped assuming things were fine just because nobody told me otherwise. I became obsessed with systems. Workflows. Having visibility into everything. Because when you get burned that badly, you stop leaving things up to faith. Most people build first and verify later. I learned the hard way that if you're not watching, something is already slipping through. That lesson never left me. It's in everything I build today.

I've been quiet on LinkedIn for a while...Today that changes. For the last 8 months, I've been building the layer voice AI still doesn’t have. Ask any voice AI operator, "out of your last 500 calls, how many actually did what the agent was supposed to do?" and they'll go quiet. Not the business owner. Not the operator. Not even the person who built the agent knows what's actually happening on those thousands of calls with pinpoint accuracy. Right now millions of voice AI calls are made. Yet there’s barely any visibility. And you do NOT want to be relying on your customer/client to tell you whenever something breaks so you can THEN go and fix it. So I solved that problem and built Visionair. If you’re currently relying on “Pipeline stages” and workflows to do everything for you post-call, then this is for you. I created a 5-min walkthrough below. Real voice AI agent. Real failure caught. Real prompt fix pushed back, all live. Our beta is now open. Seamlessly connects to Synthflow, VAPI, Retell, Bland, ElevenLabs. Click the link on my profile or comment “VISIONAIR” and I’ll personally onboard you myself. From here, I'll be building this in public. Come along.
