While asbestos can be dangerous, it's not harmful if left alone. But if material containing asbestos is damaged, it can release a fine dust that contains asbestos fibres. Responsible contractors would never cut up sheets with a circular saw and then fly tip these materials in CDC

Charity shops are closed. If the bring site, clothes bin is full take your items home. Leaving items here is fly tipping and will encourage others to dump waste. Please store them away to help ensure they go to a good cause when shops are re-opened.@CotswoldDC #SCRAPflytipping.
Very sad and disappointed to attend a fly tip near Bibury @CotswoldDC . Found a family of children’s toys made homeless after lockdown. Discarded and dumped all alone on a county lane. Why didn't you keep them safe until you could take them to a charity shop for a new life.

Rogue contractors fly tipped a large shed demolition project in Siddington over the weekend. All dumped on the main road for @CotswoldDC and Ubico to clear today. People need to ask where will my waste go when the tips are closed. @GlosPol_Rural Waste criminals prefer cash
