When all is said and done I bet we have 20-25% of last years freshman class in the portal Something is DEFINITELY wrong with our youth club system that we cannot give better advice to players on what the #RightFit is for each individual based on: -Their personality -Career goals after sports -Size of town/school that fits them -If they will impact a team or not (impact, not just be a practice squad player) -Affordability -Social/ philosophical aspect of the school -Ability to THRIVE not just survive -geography & climate -Emotional/maturity readiness -Work ethic Etc etc etc Instead many seem to be narrowly focused on what others think of the decisions they make for their lives Need help?
