I guess there’s no “law” against carpeting the laundry room in a flip, but that doesn’t mean you should.
Look at the staging TRICKERY.
The kitchen photos clearly show an adjacent room staged as a living room.
BUT the living room photos are staged as a dining room.
It's very easy to believe this home has both a living room and dining room.
I haven't seen this trick before.
No household with boys (or even grown men) would choose to keep a basket of white towels right there.
Atrocious choice of shower wall tile.
Full Disclosure: I'm of the persuasion that shower tiles should be easy to spray and wipe down to clean.
