🛠️38% of tumors were DNA mismatch repair deficient (dMMR), remaining tumors were likely *incidental* to Lynch germline pathogenic variant
⚠️dMMR tumors were higher risk (71% NCCN UIR/High-Risk vs 0% FIR/Low-Risk)
🧬No dMMR tumors in MLH1 or PMS2 PV carriers
➡️ Consider targeted PC screening for LS patients & MMR testing for LS patients with PC
Limitations: sample size from 1 academic institution (reach out if you have similar cohorts & want to collaborate!)
