September 10, 2022. Passing through Mexico, Indiana on the drive to South Bend, I told my wife Marshall was going to win. I couldn’t explain why—I just had a feeling. The next morning, that feeling was even stronger. As we walked into Notre Dame Stadium and settled into our seats, I looked at my wife and my daughter and said, *“Enjoy this one… Marshall is going to win today.” * Then the Herd delivered one of the greatest victories in program history. 🐂 Khalan Laborn rushed for 163 yards and a touchdown, setting the tone all afternoon. 🎯 Henry Colombi was calm and efficient, completing 16 of 21 passes for 145 yards and a touchdown. 🛡️ The defense made history. Micah Abraham intercepted two passes, and Steven Gilmore put the exclamation point on the afternoon with his unforgettable 37-yard pick-six. Marshall 26. No. 8 Notre Dame 21. Some wins are unforgettable. This one felt destined before kickoff. #WeAreMarshall #MarshallFootball #GiveEmHellHerd
