One of the problems of Nigerian governors is the lack of knowledge of enterprise development. Most of them know nothing about creating enterprenueral states. Look at their priorities: Pilgrimage, mass marriage, international worship centres, flyovers in places uneccessary places.

I heard this line today: "Not a single scar on my heart came from my enemies. They all came from people I thought loved me” Feels true.

79 years of messy, chaotic, disorderly, unbroken democracy. Nobody had to die. No labour camps. There were famines, yes, but none induced by the stupidity of a single dictator. Some Prime Ministers were more strong-willed than others (Nehru, Indira Gandhi) but still within the democratic framework. Thank you India for once again proving my argument that of many others that democracy can lift Nigerians out if poverty and that you're truly the right template for Nigerian development

The Umrah trip was a plan to whip up religious votes from the North for the APC in 2027. From the unintelligent questions Seun is asking, you just know the appearance on his program is PR. Now Channels TV has extended this program by 1 hr, and Seun will continue his inanities.

Before I married my wife, she was subscribed to Pastor Jerry Eze on YouTube and join his live stream every morning. I instructed her to unsubscribe from his Channel and she did so immediately. I then built an Altar in our home and bought a Catholic Missal. I take the readings and the Gospel daily and sing the Responsorial Psalm, then we pray together as a couple. That early hour with God every morning as I proclaim the Gospel with her has been so much amazing 🤩

A few months ago, my grammar was not particularly great, especially here on X. Then, one beautiful morning, I received a call from Dr. Oby Ezekwesili ( @obyezeks ) that changed that aspect of my life forever. She advised me to go back to Primary 3 and rebuild my foundation in English. She said something profound: Once you fix the foundation, everything else begins to fall into place. I took her advice wholeheartedly. I went back to study Primary 3 Grammar and Comprehension, and that simple decision transformed my command of English. I remain deeply grateful to @obyezeks for that invaluable piece of advice. Its impact on my life has been remarkable. But this experience taught me something much bigger about education. Many of us are struggling today, not because we lack intelligence, but because we are building on weak educational foundations. We keep trying to fix problems at the top when the real problems are at the bottom. Sometimes, the greatest form of progress is having the humility to go back to the basics and rebuild properly. You cannot build excellence on a foundation you have refused to repair.

SUNDAY PHILOSOPHY Elysium. A state of bliss or ideal happiness. Paradise. Unspeakable perfection. Why do humans endure a life of misery and suffering and not inhabit this garden of immortal perfection? Because you, my friend have failed to conquer yourself

They think every religion is Islam that people hide under to take lives and create chaos.
Fun fact:Catholic Church has more hospitals than FG and all 36 states combined

My advice for November: set a ridiculous, audacious goal that scares you and will stretch you so you can re-acquaint yourself with your *actual* capacity instead of remaining trapped inside your perceived capacity.

So one can build significant resources to invest in a bank to become chairman, yet isn't economically sound. Meanwhile, another group that have built wealth without clear underlying enterprise can oversee the worst destruction in economic value in living memory and still be the economically sound ones. No put me for talk abeg😂
J.J. Omojuwa says sincere supporters of Peter Obi do not view him as someone who is Economically sound. 😂😂

Divorce was permitted by Christ. He gave a condition. People read their uninformed religious opinions into what was clearly spelt out. What Christ did was to (however) uplift forgiveness above divorce. But for permission, Christ sanctioned it.
You see this Christianity without boundaries or conventions? This anyhow Christianity, this OSAS, this hyper-grace, this emotionalised Christianity, this opinionated, my-own-opinion Christianity? It will not take you to heaven. You will never enter the Kingdom of God.

If only Peter Obi had a son or a mentee that was vibrant and a social engineer like Seyi Tinubu, it would make a lot of difference. I keep saying that the problem we have in Nigeria is that the “bad” and “corrupt” among us are more creative and better at building systems.

I’m inventing a word called TWIXATION! What is the meaning? This the psychological and behavioural transformation whereby an individual who once condemned bad things, bad governance, impunity, intolerance, or destructive behaviour gradually adopts those same behaviours after experiencing dragging on Twitter(X). The process of becoming the very thing you once stood against, because you were compromised and dragged. Who is a TWIXER? (noun) A person who undergoes twixation. A former critic of impunity who, after being dragged for expressing an unpopular opinion on Twitter/X, gradually becomes toxic, vindictive, intolerant, or destructive towards others. Here are the stages of becoming Twixer; You become popular by being very vocal against impunity from government, private etc. Then, one day, you expressed an unpopular opinion, or compromised in principle, you get dragged for not standing on the right path. You doubled down, become scornful and resentful. You begin justifying the same behaviour you once criticised. Eventually, you become the very problem you once fought against. Example sentences: “Osaro used to be one of the strongest voices against bad governance on X, but with little inducement, he turned into a TWIXER. “Be careful how you align yourself with the devil just to prove a point, you might experience TWIXATION without even realising it.” “Iyke and Omar used to preach against bad governance, corruption and impunity until the got dragged for standing on the wrong side of history . Now they support everyone and everything they once stood against Classic TWIXATION.”

Before 1971 you could only vote in Nigeria if you were: Nigerian Citizen. 21 years and above. Nigerian resident. Only in Southern Nigeria did females vote (as from 1954). Women in the North were not allowed to vote untill 1977 when the law was ammended.

Should Muslims be appointed to Armed Forces? Here is what Lee Kuan Yew said himself: These are realities we have to weigh when deploying anyone to a sensitive appointment in the SAF. We must never put the person in a situation where he may face a conflict of loyalties. I said in answer to a question some nearly two years ago that it is a difficult matter to put a Malay Muslim of deeply religious family background in charge of a machine-gun. We should never have to ask this of anyone. Some of you were disturbed by my frankness. But when I faced crises in the 1960s I could not afford to be wrong. Was this discrimination or was it common sense – a policy of prudence? … For nearly every job, a person’s race and religion are irrelevant. But in the security services, because of our context, we cannot ignore race and religion in deciding suitability. In the early days, many Malay Singaporeans were not called up for NS. When NS started in 1967, race relations were fragile and tenuous, after the riots of 1964 and separation in 1965. The government could not ignore race tensions, simply recruit all young Malays and Chinese and have them do military training side by side. Israeli instructors would have been involved in the training of Malay/Muslim servicemen at a time of Muslim-Israeli conflict in the Middle East. So we did not recruit every Malay male, unless we were confident his participation in NS would not be a problem. Even then there was no blanket ban against Malays in the SAF. We have progressed as circumstances have changed. By the 1980s, we were confident enough to offer SAF undergraduate awards to Malays.
