Saw a tweet earlier from some 19 year old whose girl cheated on him, and he was failing college, so he killed himself.
I dropped out of college myself, and had a couple girlfriend rough patches around that time. And also tried to off myself once. Which was fuckin dumb. So seeing that 19yo actually do it kinda struck home. I'm 36 now btw, married with two daughters (4 and 9 months old). I probably wouldn't've expected to end up here when I was at my low-point, around 19.
I don't meant to sound weird or whatever. But if any of y'all are ever in a similar situation, thinking of doing the same -- please DM me and let's do a phone call. Shit can seem hopeless at times, especially when you're young -- but there are mountains and valleys, and usually the worst moments pass and'll be practically forgotten before you know it. Even if it can feel like the end of the world, in the moment. Don't do something you can't take back when you're in the throes of it.
Anyway. Seeing that earlier hit home, so if you end up there yourself someday, please do reach out.

Pokemon Fact Of The Day - Diglett Is The First Pokemon Ever?
According to lead designer Ken Sugimori, Rhydon was the first Pokemon ever designed.
HOWEVER, In the HeaHea City GameFreak Office in Sun and Moon, if you bring Shigeki Morimoto a Diglett with the GameBoy origin mark, he will tell you that he drew Diglett when he was a child!
"You know Diglett, right? It's actually basically just a character that I had made up when I was a little kid. I even drew up a flip-book featuring it then!"
So you could make an argument for Diglett as the first Pokemon ever!
Pokemon Fact Of The Day - CoroCoro Mew, The First Ever Event Pokemon.
In the May 1996 issue of CoroCoro Magazines, they held a contest giving players a chance to win the first ever legitimate Mew ever.
Almost 80 000 people entered, and only 20 were chosen as winners. The winners had to send in their games, were the Mews would be created by Mew creator Shigeki Morimoto himself.
meaning at one point, only 20 people in the world, had a legitimate Mew.
There is speculation that this Mew was given away as a publicity stunt. Due to Japanese children finding mew through various gen 1 glitches.
Pokemon Fact Of The Day - Pokémon the Movie 2000 Adventure
With the North-American release of the 2nd Pokemon movie. Nintendo instructed warned brothers to create promotional material for the movie.
They hired Cyberworld International Corporation, to make a video game based on the movie!
Cyberworld were given a 2 million dollar budget, a VHS tape of the movie, and a ¨Pokemon Expert¨ was also sent over to assist, as only one member of the team had any knowledge of pokemon.
However in a shocking twist, the game did TOO well, and after over 1 million downloads in the first month, Nintendo sent a cease & desist letter to Cyberworld, and all download links for the game were pulled.
They were scared that the game would overshadow other Pokemon games, or create a brand confusion.
In 2023, the files for the game resurfaced online, and it was restored to a playable state through fan efforts.
