Among today's talk of voter fraud, a critical role is overlooked: the importance of NGOs in early voting.
Below, I show the receipts where NGOs directly take a role in making the midterms happen.
It's been a long week, and I'm too tired to type up a summary.
Just know the two main points:
Republicans have an institutional blindness. They believe getting voters is all about branding and messaging. They pay enormous sums to consultants and TV ads and have endless conferences on what the right "message" is.
Democrats, meanwhile, have built an entire and expensive institutional machinery around getting people physically to the polls. And they were more motivated in 2026 than any other year.
I do NOT deny the existence of voter fraud. Saying the data doesn't show that others claim to show, is not equivalent to saying there is no fraud.
As I've said in several posts today, the election system in the United States is structurally set up such that citizenship verification is an honor system. The biggest swings in 2026 were among young people and Hispanics.
And 2026 was a concerted effort by NGOs like none other. Watch them in their own words how they pulled it off:

That is correct. This was a mad vote grab because so many Republicans turned out - they had to inflate the number of voters massively on the Democrat side & ended up with an improbable number. Obvious to anyone other than the willfully blind. They also had ridiculous results where people voted less for the most important/powerful positions than the ones down ballot. It defies belief because it is not real. It is engineered - ie: stolen.
Our election system has been captured. All that remains to be seen is if those in power allow this to continue & if the wethepeople do nothing.
In Nevada, Jim Marchant (Republican running for SoS) received 52,266 less votes than the Republican Governor candidate.
Marchant's Democrat opponent, Kennedy, received 50,949 more votes than the Democrat Governor candidate.
This happened all over the country, usually for the Senate Races, sometimes for the Governor races, and here it shows in the SoS, who in my analysis was the sole target in Nevada.
This represents 9-11% chaotic ticket splitting which is not normal by any stretch of the imagination. People suggesting that is are basically saying that Republicans all over the country used their ballot as a suicide note, party speaking.

It is only possible when you cheat. It can be built into the software and front loaded into the machines before the polls even open. Or it can be done in real time by accessing the servers.

The early voting analysis showed a 15 point shift to the blue, consistently, everywhere, when in-person voting starting.
At no point did any of the early vote analysts call out fraud. They were coming up with theories for high propensities voting on Election Day, something I disagreed with strongly behind the scenes.
I’m not ruling out the possibility of fraud, but the results were consistent with what early vote showed.

John, millions of Americans are with you on this. The fact that we're even discussing a military task force to audit elections should tell everyone how badly public confidence has deteriorated. Honestly, can anyone blame people for being frustrated?
For several YEARS, citizens have uncovered irregularities, documented vulnerabilities, obtained public records, filed lawsuits, and demanded investigations. They've taken these concerns about as far as they can without subpoena or enforcement authority.
Meanwhile, we elected people who PROMISED to address these problems. Yet election after election, we're still fighting the exact same battles.

Where is the meaningful follow-through?
The people need independent, transparent, legally authorized audits. People need credible allegations investigated, violations prosecuted, and documented weaknesses actually addressed and FIXED.
What people don't want is another task force, another report, and another round of empty promises. Every new revelation without resolution further demoralizes Americans who have already spent years demanding accountability.
Why SHOULD we need military involvement to accomplish what our civilian institutions already have the authority to do? SERIOUSLY?
We elected people to deliver results. How much longer are Americans supposed to wait? Basic election integrity, enforcing laws already on the books and American First shouldn’t come with a 2 year waiting list.

Greg Abbott got 4.65 million votes in 2018 and won. He got 4.4 million in 2022 and won. He got 4.5 million in 2026 and lost by nearly 10 points. Republicans didn't suddenly stop showing up. Democrats turned out in massive numbers. These numbers are fascinating.

Waiting wih bated breath to see if that fight includes addressing a completely captured election system that is part of the color revolution currently underway in this country. I work elections in NV - the state ruled that if any office was left blank, the ballot had to be adjudicated. One of the counties, either Washoe or Clark, had over 40,000 ballots to adjudicate while we were still in early voting. In our county, a scanner went out on Election Day and there was also a rep from Liberty Vote there and our very red county went blue 😡
