keystone just confirmed hackers breached its website,
names, contact details, home addresses and order info all got exposed,
The good news is that seed phrases and keys were not touched,
keystone has since apologized.
but this is a hardware wallet company and customer home addresses are now out there.

On October 20, we detected unauthorized access to our official website. After verifying API activity with Shopify, we confirmed on October 23 that a third party obtained customer shipping information. You trusted us with those details, and we're sorry we didn't keep them safe.

but it seems like babylon is taking another step toward making bitcoin useful beyond staking.
babylon ended Q3 2026 with 40,481 BTC staked directly on bitcoin through scripts,
and by oct 14, its proposal to let aave accept native bitcoin locked in bitcoin vaults as loan collateral reached the final comment stage,
big step in just two weeks.
staking will still reward users with new BABY tokens,
but vault loans could bring babylon its first revenue from borrowers.
seems like babylon might have more going on than just bitcoin staking soon enough?

While onchain perp trading slowed down in Q3, hyperliquid's volume grew by 9.2%.
it averaged at around 58% of onchain open interest while accounting for 38.6% of the total volume,
the interesting part was that traders on hyperliquid held their positions longer than those on any other platforms.
this means there's more to hyperliquid than just trading volume.
