This is why I think Rema is the best songwriter of his generation. The lyrics, the melodies and the delivery. My God. That guy’s delivery is second to none. Generational talent.
Not surprised that a lot of people are getting this line now. That’s why I don’t really take songwriting conversations seriously cos too many times people perceive the best songwriters as the ones that write in clear British English.
