To quote what I said a few days ago. The industry is coming down, and reshaping. Small indies don’t have money to spend on va’s. Do you undercut? Do they use ai instead? Is it a race to the bottom? Get better. Diversify what you can do.

The industry Is changing. It’s ok to be hopeful, but be realistic. Video games are changing. Art is changing. Big names are feeding on the smaller b list jobs now. It’s not ok to be mediocre anymore. You have to excel, with every muscle of your talent.

Remember: nothing you see on here really matters. People blocking you, what people say about you.. you can turn it off and go about your life. People have forgotten that.

Be careful what you back. Vet everything. No matter how innocuous.

I think Epic made the right choice. You can augment your team with AI. You should. It reduces redundant bs. Don’t get rid of people for it. Have people work with it to be better at what they do. Passing on ai is no different than boomers being unable to work a smartphone

The Ivalice Chronicles has blown me away. As a die hard Final Fantasy Tactics fan, the voice acting is an incredible touch - the translation too, is fantastic. The story is much easier to follow with all the additions too. Man..the VOICE ACTING!!! good stuff.
