I really really hate chatbots! They are so preprogrammed and I miss being able to actually communicate with another human. Especially @avivaplc when trying to amend my car insurance policy

@EastleighBC @pauljholmes I have looked and searched - what help will my business get when we are forced to close tomorrow? How do we apply for the grant? I have 8 staff whose wages will be paid - but what about my other fixed costs?
