They can price it to be whatever they want. Only the person buying it is making the decision to spend that much. And if they can spend that much on some frivolous art, then clearly they are very well off and already own most of what you've mentioned the price to be equivalent of.

This is literally how much my rent is. I don’t give two fucks if they are obviously a really good artist. I am not paying, a PS5, a pre built gaming PC, a Nvidia Graphics card, a down payment on a Car or a AK-47 for a commission. It is greedy and stupid.

If you think it's not worth that price, that's fine, but you can't dictate how much other artists decide to list their prices, and even worse, you shouldn't compare your styles and say how much cheaper yours is when you have two entirely different styles of art.
