I think one of the saddest things about life is becoming so used to surviving that you forget you’re allowed to enjoy being alive.
Forget being loved. Have you ever felt at peace with yourself? No silent battles, no racing thoughts, no pressure to have everything figured out. Just you, enjoying your own existence.
"Stay alive. Stay alive." two words that I always say over and over to myself, every time I reach the lowest point of my tiredness. when doubt hits me hard, or when I feel like I've never been more alone.
