This playground fascinated me since @dallaslibrary archives staff first showed me the photo. Definitely not your 21st century playground.
A Dallas History & Archives photograph went #viral when this #meme, showing a turn of the century pic from Trinity Play Park in Dallas, started circulating. It even got a Snopes entry! snopes.com/fact-check/1900s-… #ArchivesMonth #dallashistory #specialcollections
Absolutely loving the violin recital from our music classes! Love that Zoom has allowed us to continue the classes led by the very talented @dallaslibrary staff member Bill Smith. Bravo!

The joy of a book festival is discovery: learning of a book and hearing the enthusiasm & delight from the author reading their own work. Since you can't come out to a festival, we're bringing one to you! Check out the Dallas Virtual Book Festival! dallaslibrary.org/virtualboo…
