"Jalen Brunson cold. I been through that though. And then KAT is just––he's huge, he's huge, he just makes the right decision, can shoot, trail threes, just plays the basketball really well. Honestly they're just a good team. OG's really good too, really physical, hard to go against, hard to score against, they just have a really well-rounded team. And even Jordan Clarkson came the bench and finished it. He played really well. We get to play them again next week at their place. We'll learn from this and hopefully we can go out there and get a win"  –– Bulls Caleb Wilson on Knicks

"His will is unbelievable. His determination, man it's like second to none. You look at this guy: he's not 6'7", he's not athletic, he's not quick. I mean you could just go down the line, 'natural physical tools' that a lot of guys have. But his determination, his competitive spirit, his will, his mental & physical toughness, added with his skillset, phew, makes him an unbelievable basketball player. An MVP caliber basketball player. And I hope he gets recognition of that this year because his will is off the charts [In playoffs] you have to be That Guy––and he's That Guy––you have to have a mental toughness that is unlike very few others in order to do what he did game after game after game after game, especially when you know that teams are gonna gameplan against you and the level of physicality goes up tenfold come playoff time, especially as you get later in the rounds" –– Mike Brown on 2015 Illinois Mr. Basketball Jalen Brunson as he arrives back in Chicago an NBA Champion

"This morning…optional shootaround…bright & early after getting in at 3, 3:30––guys probably didn't get to sleep til 4AM––there's Jalen Brunson going to the bus, going to get his shots up…It's the stuff you don't see…He wants another championship" –– @stevenovak16 on MSG
