James Thomas has been running the New York City Marathon since 1980, and tonight he completed his 43rd. After crossing the finish line as the last man in the race, he told me this would be his final marathon. His mind still wants to keep going, but his body can no longer do it.

Police have successfully arrested one suspect believed to be linked to the tragic shooting of 15-year-old Ghanaian teenager Javits Frimpong following an intensive afternoon search for the suspected gang members involved in the incident.
Javits was shot and killed on his way to school in the Bronx, New York. Authorities continue their investigation into the surrounding gang activity and circumstances of the attack.

This is the Yemenite Children Affair (1950s) : Thousands of babies from poor Yemeni Jewish families “disappeared” right after birth in Israeli transit camps and hospitals.
Parents were told their newborns had “suddenly died.”
Many were reportedly kidnapped and either:
1. Sold for adoption to childless Ashkenazi families (in Israel and abroad), or
2. Used in medical experiments.
Over 1,000 cases are officially documented.
Some estimates go up to 4,500.
In 2016, Netanyahu publicly acknowledged the state took “hundreds” of children without consent.

HORRIBLE: An 8-year-old boy told a 6-year-old girl her dad was waiting for her upstairs. It was a lie, and what happened next was caught on her school’s cameras.
It happened Tuesday at a government school in Panchkula, India. Police say the boy led her into an empty classroom and attacked her, leaving her unconscious and critically injured. When her family arrived searching for her, it was the same boy who walked them to where she was lying. She’s now fighting for her life in the hospital. The classroom had cameras watched from the principal’s office, yet no adult stepped in. Police have opened a case against the school, and the boy is being evaluated by doctors to understand why a child that young would do this. Every parent sends their kid to school trusting someone is watching.
How does an 8-year-old end up capable of something like this?
