With the NDP stripped of official status in Ottawa and now governing just one province, Manitoba, we're one provincial election away from consigning this socialist party that lost its way to the political wastebin forever.

BC Landslide! One province at a time, Canadian Conservatives are systematically replacing the tired socialist decay of cities and schools and communities; ending the lost decade in Alberta, Saskatchewan - and now BC. After a lost decade of failed Liberal/NDP policies this is how national economic and cultural renewal starts. Thanks to @Martyupnorth for the awesome slides showing 2016 versus 2026

Word! @RLHeinrichs nails it as usual. Follow her! Irans sadistic IRGC thugs have been systematically reduced to fighting with memes & angry posts. US Centcom has run one of the most effective siege strategies in modern warfare. They’ve ended the Iranian nuclear threat, destroyed their missile program and are eroding their terror proxies and taking over the Straits of Hormuz. The IRGC is starving for money - and at home they are in serious trouble. They can no longer risk slaughtering 40,000 Iranian students like they did last January because the populace will turn on them. The outcome of this Iran campaign is the opposite of the Obama years: the hapless and incompetent Ben Rhodes sent the mullahs ‘pallets of cash’ and made them stronger. Secretary Bessent has stolen all of that back and more, and brought the regime to its economic knees. It’s great to see. Here’s to the memory of the 40,000 Iranian kids who sacrificed their lives to protest, woke up the West and sparked the end of the Islamist-Marxist IRGC.
The regime is missing its Ayatollah, its missile force, its nuclear scientists, its ability to move oil, its shadow fleet, its navy, its steel industry, and its stable currency. Other than that, “strong”

The truth about StarLink. Honest question: Will the facts @elonmusk just explained get covered by our state funded CTV/CBC or do they need always to make him into a pantomime villain? Everything I’ve heard about this issue from our state media is totally distorted - no distinctions drawn between StarLink and StarShield or understanding of why hacking StarLink for weapons-grade uses is morally wrong and a threat to the system overall. Elon Musk: “Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be. Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them. Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week” Good to know. Wish we didn’t live in a parallel Canadian-media universe.
Correct. Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be. Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them. Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week. Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact. Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia. SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR. That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell. End of story.

Defend the SAS It’s time to protect the SAS men who put their lives on the line for their country from leftist bureaucrats and NGOs using witch hunts to undermine the SAS and try and discredit it on common cause with Islamist networks that hate and fear them as one of the greatest and most lethal forces in the world. @NinaDSchick nails the hypocrisy - and my good friend Richard Williams @williams_rje former SAS 22 commander talks about it here: shows.acast.com/68359028e1ab… “Those that willingly conduct and direct this damaging witch hunt against the SAS are acting in the interest of our many enemies. They weaken not just the Special Forces, but the whole of the national defence system and its essential ability to execute or threaten lethal force against those that seek to destroy or damage us”
So let’s get this right: the most elite British troops, SAS commandos operating against terrorists, can be placed under criminal investigation for missions undertaken at the behest of their government and for the safety of their country; but actual, known ISIS terrorists can’t be deported from the UK because of their ‘human rights’? We are literally prosecuting our most elite commandos while protecting known terrorists. It’s terrorists’ rights over British citizens’ rights. For shame.

Macron ♥️ Mossad? - that time when the Mossad & Shin Bet security guys you were accusing of ‘genocide’ have to fly in to help you deal with Islamists burning down Paris.
Shin Bet chief David Zini traveled to France yesterday for a pre-planned working visit, meeting senior officials from French intelligence agencies DGSI and DGSE. Talks reportedly focused on counterterrorism and radical Islam amid ongoing unrest in France - Kan News

The vote is finally over. - When I wrote my post on judicial nihilism motivating Albertans to want greater control over naming judges the final vote tally still showed a thin majority. Same with abolishing the Senate, which is now 50.7 against to 49.3 in favour. But clear majorities want immigration controls (55pc); limited and paid access to publicly funded benefits for new migrants (52-53pc) and proof of citizenship to vote (58pc). A quarter of voting Albertans wanted to go to an independence referendum. He argument that prevailed - led by the Premier and others is that the existing federalist structure can evolve and work. Given the results of the first five questions and the even split on abolishing the Senate, Alberta has an opportunity to make changes to immigration and senate representation that can prove its smarter to upgrade the existing federalist system rather than reject it entirely.
“Judicial Nihilism” Brilliant post by @EricLombardi and a great new phrase to describe what’s going wrong in the Canadian judiciary. A majority of Alberta voters decided they want to take back control over judicial nominations in the province after a slate of horrific and indefensible judgements made by partisan activists across the country.

Hey Stephen. Respect your political nous a lot. But there was relentless promotion both ways. Albertans voted their conscience on these issues. Majorities to fix all aspects of the completely broken and incompetent management of immigration. We have to do it here in Alberta because they can’t seem to do it in Ottawa. It’s also time to have a Senate that makes sense. Nfld and the maritimes with 2.7m Canadians have 30 senate seats and Alberta with over 5m Canadians have 6? Are you against changes on both those files?

And why are you making this some either/or purity test Stephen? I debated Keith Wilson in Red Deer. We had a great discussion about what’s at stake and what needs to change to make Canada work. If you don’t want to change the immigration disaster of the past three years or wait for Ottawa to sort itself out go ahead. I want to see that changed and I want Alberta at a minimum to have the same structural rights to do so as Quebec. Same on the Senate. I haven’t heard good arguments against either yet.

Fingers crossed for Toronto.
Hearing from a source in the Chow campaign that Chow is further behind than most public-facing polls indicate. As in, Chow is likely to lose and Bradford likely to win unless something significant changes in the next five days.

The 8/8/8 Alberta Tax proposal Because the best version of independence is prosperity. Cut the taxes, build the pipelines, do a deal on immigration and Senate representation - and keep making Alberta the best place in Canada to build a business, raise a family and pursue a dream.
The 8/8/8 Alberta Tax proposal. Proud of this work with Ken Boessenkool @KenBoessenkool and Trevor Toombe @trevortombe The plan is to implement: 8pc corporate tax rate 8pc personal income tax 8pc GST/PST - In 2019 Alberta cut the corporate rate from 12 to 8. Within 3 years we were making more revenue at the lower tax rate. Companies earned more and invested more. Jobs and the economy grew faster and more revenue was earned by the govt on the lower rate because of the expanded economic activity. 8pc personal income tax is a huge opportunity to create a similar expansive economic growth for Alberta families to take home more to save, spend and invest. An 8pc blended (5pc GST + 3pc PST) will add the consumption tax contributions of millions of tourists and business travellers to offset the lower personal rate to Albertans. Detail in the article here in the Hub: thehub.ca/2026/09/17/8-8-8-a…
