Retweeting this post I sent in 2016. How good would an SCG Test look under lights in early January?

Day night test cricket is the best thing to happen to test cricket since 1877. #thefutureispink

23 years today since the "Ball of the (last) century". Take a moment to watch the replay. He was a genius and changed the game.

@GolfAust ceo and former @CricketAus ceo, James Sutherland, is just as comfortable on a golf course as a cricket ground. Six birdies in his 71 at Royal Melb west yesterday.

Resending this which I tweeted four days ago…
John Knox (@Knoxy73) profile pictureJohn Knox@Knoxy7329 Dec 2022
I sent this tweet 8.5 years ago. Backing up too far when batting is unfair and rightly the batter should be dismissed. I believe all leaders in cricket need to be strong on this position, otherwise we risk a continued debate about who is right and who is wrong.

Well done to @RugbyAUS on choosing Hamish McLennan as its new Chairman. Hamish is a great leader, has an outstanding strategic mind and is a very creative thinker.

The Sheffield Shield Final has been cancelled meaning NSW have been declared champions. This is absolutely not the way we wanted to win it, but we are so immensely proud of our players, coaches and staff who had a tremendous season. cricketnsw.com.au/news/nsw-b…

Farewell to a country cricket legend. I watched him open the batting with future @CricketNSWBlues player Geoff Milliken for East Albury in 1979/80. I was six years old and he hit a six that I tried to catch - one of my earliest and most vivid cricket memories.
