It’s done. We’ve now distributed all remaining $BLAST incentives.
After the first distribution, 4.225M BLAST was used to mint Konnect NFTs. We distributed 4,858,750 BLAST to those holders.
~7.8M BLAST NFT holder incentives remained, which we’ve now distributed to the NFTs (11.275M BLAST) that were minted before the first distribution. We're happy to say that this means everyone who minted received back more via incentives.
From the user feedback incentives, 4.5M BLAST remained. We distributed this equally among 18 people who supported us and provided valuable feedback along the way, both before and after the product launch.
Important note:
Konnect has no more incentives left. Anyone minting now should not expect any rewards, neither for minting NFTs nor for providing feedback or holding NFTs or using the app. There is no ongoing or planned incentive program, and no points system.
We’ll continue monitoring app traction over the coming weeks without incentives.
Congrats to everyone who minted early or contributed via support and feedback and received something back from us.

As mentioned in our last announcement, due to low app traction, we’re accelerating the incentive distribution for NFT holders and user feedback.
The final NFT holders snapshot will be taken on Friday, July 11 at 9 PM UTC, with final incentive distribution following shortly after.
We’re also reaching out via dms to the few supportive users to reward them for their valuable feedback over the last months before and after the product launch.
To be clear: this will be the last and final distribution of $BLAST incentives. After this, there will be no further incentives for NFT holders - new or old - or for user feedback.
The first distribution of $BLAST to Konnect NFT holders + user feedback has been completed!
11.275M $BLAST was used to mint Konnect NFTs, so we rewarded our early supporters with… 11.275M $BLAST!
Note 1: People can still mint if they choose. they’ll be included in the next distributions.
Note 2: 1.5M $BLAST was distributed as user feedback reward to @itsBlastAj who was incredibly supportive and helpful for Konnect even before product launch. Thanks for all your great feedback and ideas!
Note 3: Due to the very low activity on Blast, we reserve the right to change the distribution model. As always, any decision we make will never be against our supporters.
Note 4: We fat fingered and sent 100k $BLAST twice to [0x91a6828728aB04019403247235c57448cF32960F] lmao. This will be taken into account in future distribution.

Update on @Konnectdotnow and a few disclaimers (important):
- First of all, we’re ready to launch Konnect’s MVP.
- but some (annoying) org stuff still needs to be sorted out. This is why we can't guarantee a launch date, but we’re aiming for next week. Unfortunately, it’s out of our control.
- Konnect’s MVP is an experimental InfoFi project aiming to make token calls great again and identify the true value providers on CT and TG. As with most MVP’s, it may not have found product-market fit yet.
That said, the direction is clear and promising, and we’re committed to iterating as we go. But to do so, we need real-time user feedback to improve the product and better understand the needs and demands of our users.
- There will be a basic free-to-use version, but to unlock the full experience, you’ll need to purchase Konnect’s utility NFTs. Important disclaimer: Know the risks before buying. I will never sell you dreams or fill you with hopium which is why I write this post full of disclaimers.
- These NFTs are utility NFTs to access premium features (check our website or wait for the MVP launch for more info).
- These utility NFTs are soulbound: non-transferable, non-tradable, and non-refundable. Once purchased, there’s no going back and you are a community member of an experimental InfoFi project.
- Purchasing a utility NFT also does not guarantee lifetime access. Risks remain, including potential changes to the business model or even the sunsetting of the app.
This might sound more negative than it actually is but I want to explain even the worst case scenarios, even if this discourages some people. but I’d rather lose 10 users than have one user walk away disappointed because they didn’t know the risks.
- In any case, we aim to provide value, not hype. We aim to reduce noise and highlight relevant token mentions. We aim to identify valuable token callers and provide an unbiased, data-driven reputation system.
We loved this audit summary from @0xQuit by the way.
No critical issues, yes that’s great. But the second part is especially interesting, particularly the line: “…that the market is used to.”
We didn’t discuss our approach with him beforehand or expect anything beyond the security audit.
But he added his opinion and we appreciate it. From the lens of normalized standards, what everyone else in the market is doing, his concerns are valid.
But we intentionally do things differently.
We don’t care how many NFTs get bought. It's a pure utility and soulbound NFT, not a speculative asset. We want buyers who believe in the project long-term, want to be part of it, and are willing to have skin in the game.
We’re also keeping the sale open for a long time (we could close it whenever the time feels right with enough prep) because we don’t want to create FOMO. Users should take their time and make their own decisions.
