As part of that process, we've engaged a PCAOB-registered auditor to work with us, and we're preparing our annual financials, which will reflect our completed acquisitions, for reporting.
Our focus remains unchanged: building our balance sheet through quality acquisitions the right way, with no toxic notes.
We remain active in our due diligence on several potential opportunities as we keep building the foundation for long-term growth.
