Today, we’re releasing the first official anthem to celebrate being a single founder.
Society has a million songs celebrating love, marriage, and heartbreak. But somehow, nobody thought being single was worth celebrating.
Until now.
A few months ago, @contextconor started a movement: Single Until Series B.
He recruited me early. I joined his crusade, at great cost to my public reputation.
Today, we’re taking it a step further with an official anthem and music video for single founders everywhere.
Inspired by the very real suffering of pre-PMF founders, Conor composed the song, enhanced with Suno.
We shot the video in an hour with friends, then expanded it into a full hybrid production with our team at @KoyalAI using FilmArena.ai.
Some people find love. Others find product-market fit.
This one’s for everyone who’s found neither.

this 6:33 AI film cost $29,575, or about $4,500/min.
The same math puts a 2-hour movie at ~$542K.
That’s way below a typical indie ($2M–$5M) and hundreds of times below a $100M+ blockbuster, which as you see PJ and team are achieving.
I'm not sure if this number includes human labor & logistics, though.
This is close to what we see at @KoyalAI ourselves, working on some full-length feature films across Bollywood, Hollywood & Tollywood.

I think I speak for almost all Silicon Valley founders that are building in the application layer,
We’re ok with the model development becoming slower.
None of us are actively pushing for hockey stick graphs in model capabilities, particularly since it’s hard to predict what part of the stack the next model makes obsolete.
People often think founders don’t care about AI disrupting years of traditional industries.
They forget we’re human too.
Model capabilities becoming better overnight actually disrupt our use of these models in our pipelines.
I think my company @KoyalAI and many like ours will completely be fine if the models stop improving tomorrow.
