Ground staff at @TorontoPearson were absolutely incredible. Very helpful in getting what we needed.The in flight crew on #AC930 were a shambles. Call bell for economy didn’t happen.They never came to my seat when I dinged the call bell. They were in the back talking about people

To add to this the service on board was poor as well and the cleanliness is something the be desired. The food looked like it had been thrown up #AC930

Review time. @airtransat LGW-YYZ. Airbus 321 LG is not the aircraft for this kind of route. So uncomfortable for 7 hours. Also on this flight the toilets stopped working with abound 2.5 hours left of the flight and didn’t smell to pleasant. The crew was professional about it but

wouldn’t you and to do something for the passengers? On a brighter note to food was good and they didn’t lose any of my bags like @AerLingus. Food was ok and crew was also what you’d expect from a destination airline. 2.5 stars I think is fair this time.
