Yesterday, we introduced you to Backend Tunables, a system that lets us get small balance changes in your hands quicker, in between patches. To help show you this system in action, we're prepping some buffs for The Good Guy to put him in a better place for the long term: 🔪Longer Slice & Dice 🔪Faster vaults during Slice & Dice 🔪Shorter Hidey-Ho mode cooldown We have this tentatively scheduled for the coming 2 weeks, so keep an eye on this space for further updates!

🙂 Jeff Schine Thinks Another Actor Should Play Carlos if the Character Returns. “I felt really lucky to get to do that role. And it's certainly, you know, I think it's certainly framed a chapter of my career in a great way. And he became, you know, a really sort of beloved character. And that's always so gratifying. And as, and as much as I had fun playing him and I would, you know, enjoy to be in that energetic space again, I sort of feel like that's one of the ones where I did Carlos and now I'm doing Chris. And if Carlos gets picked up again, I kind of feel like someone else should do it. Cause I like I want somebody else to have like the opportunity that I had.”

We welcomed The Good Guy out of his box and into The Fog nearly three years ago, but it's now time for the Chucky Chapter to leave the shelf. On November 24, 2026, the Chapter and its associated content will be removed from in-game and first-party stores. Any content unlocked before that date will remain available to use in-game. To celebrate his time in The Fog, the content of the Chapter will be on sale on all platforms starting on Monday, October 26, giving you a chance to unlock the Character and Cosmetics before they leave the store.
