The hacker appears to be selling $PEPE slowly, exhausting buyers rather than dumping all at once.
Most of the buying pressure seems to be coming from other CEX order books.
If you're running MM for $PEPE on CEXs, I'd seriously consider pausing it until the selling pressure clears.
