2/ We'd set a target of 100 power users actually running strategies on Nabu by end of May. We didn't get there.
The reason isn't a surprise, it's a choice. We don't widen access until we're ready for it on our side, and on two specific things we weren't quite ready yet.

Missed updates for a few months, and just got back to following Pelagos Network.
I went through their recent blog posts and here’s a concise summary of their progress over the last three months, from September to November 2025.

September established the technical baseline. September marked the transition from prototype to platform, driven by concrete infrastructure progress:
→ Stable node synchronization with automatic recovery
→ Validator infrastructure deployed on Kubernetes with built-in failover
→ Public release of the Pelagos SDK with full documentation
→ Unified read-path access for Ethereum and Solana
→ Early validation of atomic cross-chain flows with DeFi protocols
This phase focused heavily on correctness, determinism, and composability.

October proved cross-chain execution in practice. The architecture moved from theory to measurable performance:
→ Epoch-based consensus with validator rotation
→ Full send-path and read-path support for Solana
→ End-to-end cross-chain transactions running on testnet
→ Private Kubernetes-based testnet connected to external networks
→ ~170 ms block times and ~600 ms external block processing latency
Multiple applications integrated and executed real workflows, including:
→ LIQ Markets
→ Predicted
→ LayerCover
At this point, execution guarantees were no longer hypothetical.

November consolidated the stack and removed bottlenecks. Core architecture reached a new level of maturity:
→ Threshold Signature Scheme (TSS) appchains adopted as the default
→ Removal of single-signer constraints to unlock execution throughput
→ Block explorer standardized from local development to production
→ Significant improvements in observability and developer ergonomics
Data infrastructure advanced in parallel:
→ SQL-native querying directly on appchain state
→ Prototype indexers, including Uniswap V2-style models
→ Clear positioning as a high-fidelity multichain data source
Foundations for advanced automation were also introduced:
→ AI-driven arbitrage and trading bots
→ A domain-specific language compiling to WASM
→ Deterministic and verifiable execution logic
Scalability was further strengthened through:
→ Full integration with @AvailProject
→ Lower-latency appchains and higher data throughput
→ Clean separation between execution and data layers
In November, LIQ Markets Alpha exceeded 9,000 transactions in its first week. Production-like workloads stress-tested execution guarantees and developer experience.
