Ngl, things aren’t looking great at @fundingticks right now.
Moving hundreds of traders live at their first payout request, sudden rule changes, and price hikes… none of that inspires confidence. It all points to a pretty unstable ride.
So honestly, for now, I’d tell everyone to hold off on any purchases until @Khldfx comes out with some real clarity.
At some point, management has to take responsibility and actually listen to traders..cuz at the end of the day, traders are the ones running the show.

but ngl, this one has me half celebrating , half-confused 😅
Getting bumped to a live account after just one payout on my new 3 zero accounts? I find this strange (lifetime payouts approx $35,000 )
But…
– I can’t trade these accounts until the live account is set up (which can take up to a month) @NinjaTrader
– Still zero clarity on how the live rules will actually look
So yeah, I should be hyped… but right now it kinda feels like my hands are tied.
Really hoping this isn’t one of those “live account” situations that ends up worse than the evals 🤞🏻

$90,000 In Profits… And @FundingTicks / @Khldfx Ghosting My Payout I currently have around $15k profit on each of my 6 accounts (~$90k total).
I worked really hard and followed the rules to earn this, but when I requested a payout, the issues started.
Support first tried to find reasons not to process my payout, then eventually stopped replying altogether & Disabled all my accounts.
Most recently, they claimed I was trading using a VPN.
To be clear: I never intentionally used a VPN to trade.
I may have had a VPN on at times while browsing the internet, but I had no purpose or intention to use it for trading or to bypass any rules. I’m simply asking for fair treatment and transparent communication.
I need help from the trading community to get the profit I rightfully earned — please like, share, and comment if you’ve had similar issues with FundingTicks or other firms.

TPT dropped a long “compliance update,” but the TL;DR is: they’re rolling out new tech to catch people running opposite trades across their own accounts. They frame it as “CME alignment,” but it’s really just internal policing. Nothing actually changed — they’re just upgrading the detection and warning everyone that accounts will auto-liquidate if flagged. For 99% of traders, it’s a non-event.
The CME doesn’t regulate or penalize sim trading—its rules only apply to real orders placed on the exchange. When prop firms like TPT cite CME rules in their sim accounts, they’re using them as justification for internal policies, not actual CME enforcement. Their consequences (like account bans or closures) come from the firm itself. They do this to align with CME expectations for their live accounts and to limit strategies that could hurt their business. While broader regulation of sim trading may come someday, there’s no current CME crackdown; the firm is simply borrowing authority to enforce its own rules.
