Nice piece. The labor shortage is creating an opportunity for smart employers to tap this labor pool, but it's critical that it be done the right way. "Untapped Talent" is the guide to second chance hiring that's beneficial to both employers and those in need of a second chance.
In my first enterprise story for @AP, I looked into “second-chance hiring" amid an ongoing labor shortage. The formerly incarcerated people I spoke to said unsteady work can be another form of confinement. Some of them have now been set free.

What does out Maintenance Staff do?
Our Maintenance Staff repair, maintain, and replace equipment and systems throughout the buildings and grounds. Many of our facilities have older buildings. There is always something to do and is never boring.
