Congrats @KwNative and @UWaterloo Warrior Home students on breaking ground on retrofits to make this home net-zero for a local Indigenous family!
Imagine if we ended fossil fuel subsidies and instead provided significant rebates on deep retrofit projects?

What is one action you can take right now as part of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation? How about a commitment to staying informed regarding what's happening locally? A good way to start is by following our friends (and affordable housing neighbours on Mill St.) @KwNative

Very pleased that the single-use bathrooms in my @UUtah office building now have information about WHAT is in them, rather than signs about WHO can use them.
ALT Picture of two bathroom doors (white doors with white walls around them) in an office building. The signs next to each bathroom say "RESTROOM" and show images of what is inside. The one on the right has a toilet image and a urinal image. The one on the left has a toilet image. Both have wheelchair access logos as well. There is also a red "RESTROOM SAFETY" sign in between the doors that has COVID-related safety information.
