Well that’s awkward! DA Michael Morrissey, in his inexcusable video statement, is calling his own MSP Investigators (Brian Tully, Nicholas Guarino & Michael Proctor) liars, is calling his Lead Investigator Michael Proctor’s mother a liar, is calling his own witness Chris Albert a liar, and is also claiming that the court documents, written reports and affidavits signed & sworn under pains and penalties of perjury produced by his DA’s Office and its State Police Division are filled with lies—dishonest and unreliable. So, which is it Mr. Morrissey? Were you lying then? Or are you lying now? Morrissey himself claims: “every suggestion to the contrary is a lie”, despite the fact that an affidavit signed by his investigator and sealed by his office swears that Michael Proctor did in fact go to the scene of the crime for which he was lead investigating, which of course would make sense. But apparently, according to Morrissey, this suggestion is a lie. This suggestion stated as fact in his own office’s court filing is a lie! So, now that DA Morrissey has single-handedly demonstrated to the public that the veracity of the documents produced by HIS OFFICE is nonexistent as they can’t be relied upon for their truth and accuracy, then what documents or court filings, if any, submitted to the court by the Commonwealth can be trusted or relied upon? Apparently, according to him, since he, his office and its investigators have impunity to lie—in court filings no less, then can ANY of it be trusted? And to think that they have the audacity to even talk about others undermining the integrity of the judicial system and its proceedings! It’s an insult to us all! Why was Colin Albert’s presence at 34 Fairview that night concealed for so long? Then when it comes out, the focus becomes “Colin left that house before John arrived!” Well, why would the time Colin Albert left 34 Fairview matter if John actually never went inside the house?

Sgt Lank of Canton PD, also close friends w/ the Albert’s, who was not working but got “called in”, at ~6:38am contacted Michael Proctor of MSP who was “made aware of the situation”. MSP assumed jurisdiction of the investigation at 7:59am. Why did Sgt Lank go back to 34 Fairview after 9am when he no longer had jurisdiction of the case, because Jen McCabe needed to tell him a few more things b/c “she recalled something that she was not sure if [they] were aware of”, after consulting w/ Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, Julie Albert (who arrived @ 8:30am w/ Dunkin’ Donuts), Matt McCabe and Kerry Roberts on the phone 3 times? Michael Proctor also lives in Canton, not far from the Alberts. Where was Michael Proctor between the hours of 7:59am and 11:30am? Why is his first appearance on the “scene” of the investigation, for which he was the lead investigator, into the brutal murder of a fellow cop, not until 11:30am, nearly 5hrs after he was first notified, and 3.5hrs after he assumed jurisdiction? And it wasn’t even on the “scene”, it was at Jen McCabe’s house, despite her having already been at the scene at Brian Alberts house and seemingly only leaving to drive back home to her house for her 11:30 interview. At what time did Michael Proctor “secure” John O’Keefe’s phone on scene via his nondescript affidavit? Why did Michael Proctor lie in his affidavit and say he “secured” John O’Keefe’s cellphone when apple health movement data is evidence otherwise. Why didn’t Michael Proctor follow SOP and secure John’s phone in a faraday bag or other cellphone securing device? Why does Michael Proctor lie in his sworn & signed affidavit and claim he secured and brought John’s phone to Norfolk DA’s office for forensic analysis when we can see by apple health data that John’s phone is moving around with Proctor, presumably, until 11:56am? That’d mean he brought John’s phone with him, unsecured, to the McCabe’s house for his friends & family interviews starting with Jen @ 11:30am and Matt @ 12:15pm. Wouldn’t it have made more sense, and per following SOP, to bring Jen & Matt into the police station for interviews in rooms w/ recording capability, also allowing Proctor to actually “secure” said phone in the evidence room? Since movement on John’s phone ceases at 11:56am, this would’ve been when Proctor was at the McCabe’s house. What happened to John’s phone at that time to cease recording apple health movement data? Then, after consulting w/ Brian Albert inside his home police never searched, she realizes she needs to start pointing fingers. The states theory in the #KarenRead case says that #JohnOKeefe never went inside that house. Why then is it so important that everyone says that Colin Albert wasn’t there? IF in fact John never entered that house, what difference does it make WHO was inside or proving who wasn’t?

Explain why a google search at 2:27am of “hos [sic] long to die in cold” was made from fellow partygoer Jen McCabes phone? Why is it that Brian Albert, Jen & others all deleted texts, calls and searches from their phones from that night and days following?
