The view when you run Cross Country in the mountains. Back to Back Region Champs! 7th grade year he was the 5th runner in to secure the championship for the school and advance to state. #SeniorSunday
Louisville and Kansas game might have been an exhibition game but it sure felt like a regular season game! Was happy to see OB getting things done for the Cards!
WYMT nicknamed him “Basket King Keathley” and D&D Sports “King of the Coalfields” for a reason. Had my son stayed in Kentucky he would have been 1 of only 3 players in KHSAA history to break 4K points. He was a front runner for Mr. Basketball. A hometown hero without question. These things were incredibly important to him. The fans here means the world to Braxton. In MS we often talked about how “if you do the right things you will break King Kelly Coleman’s record”. Those numbers didn’t happen by chance. It happened through the hardest work and dedication you could imagine. But senior year right when it all was coming to fruition he felt Gods vision for him was to move and play for Coach Bernardi, Paul Murray, at Prolific Prep and make new goals. I’m so proud of him always. He’s braver than I have ever been or could ever be.

At what point does historic production demand national recognition?
The numbers speak for themselves. The game film tells you this kid is different.
One of the best scorers in the country still working and expanding his game as he takes his skillset and team impact to another level. He’s a big piece to Prolific Prep this season.

If you only get to the gym when practice starts and leave immediately after it finishes, you don't understand what it takes to be great.

If no one knew I did it and I never got credit for it , would I still do it? Creating a locker room that is connected requires a lot of effort that goes unnoticed. #BeSelfless

Fast break action at the Border League! Brax centers court drawing the defenders while Malachi sprints the right lane. Brax splits defenders with a great pass to Malachi for the slam! Catch it on ESPN2 with @PaulBiancardi and Chris Sylvester !
