If you’re a politician and you’re having a hard time telling the difference between protesting peacefully and rioting, don’t worry. We got you covered.
Click below for our tutorial for politicians who swore they’ve seen no violence on LA’s streets. Some quick hints: if the person is throwing Molotov cocktails, fireworks, rocks, or frozen water bottles at law enforcement officers...they’re probably a rioter.
Get our rundown of the politicians struggling to see the violence everyone else sees on our streets here: myemail.constantcontact.com/…

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Memorial run for Officer Robert Joe Mata yesterday. Officer Mata gave his life in the line of duty 24 years ago, but hearing the joy & pain as his partners reflected on his humor, life, & tragic death, it may as well been yesterday
It was a great 33 years with the Los Angeles Police Department, with the last ten as a Commanding Officer leading the finest men and women of Law Enforcement.
Now, the next chapter dedicated to my family who has always been there to support me. I love you babe.

Proud of Harbor Detectives for pulling on this thread to uncover this organized theft ring targeting Legos. Suspects hit all over LA & Orange counties. Detectives recovered over 2,800 boxes of Legos. If you have kids, you know the street value all too well

Fleet Week is not just a Harbor Area event. Our fighting men and women are taking several excursions throughout the southland. If you can’t make it down to the port, look for a local event to stop and say hi to these inspiring young men and women from our military
