A President whose words and actions today seem so extraordinary. We can and must get back to a decorum of respect and dignity. God Bless America. We hold in our hearts those who perished and honor those who valiantly entered those towers no matter the circumstance.

In other cities in the region, drones protect officers, citizens and first responders in dangerous situations. Certainly, strong governance, transparency & safeguards are needed. But don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater. Fix the plumbing—don’t shut off the water.

We can't do this work alone. Safer neighborhoods are built when residents, community leaders, faith leaders, and police work together. It was an honor to recognize some of those partners this week. Thank you for helping make Philadelphia safer! fox29.com/news/philadelphia-…

This 4th of July weekend, we honor the extraordinary courage of our Founding Fathers, who dared to risk everything to establish a republic built on liberty and self-government. Freedom has never been guaranteed—May we prove worthy of that legacy.

It’s a principle of personal responsibility we teach our children, yet one we often struggle to live by as adults—especially when divisive politics constantly seek to pull us apart rather than bring us together.

Most fathers are not heroes. Men who rose early, worked late, carried burdens quietly. Men who sometimes got it right and sometimes got it wrong. Men who lost their temper, missed opportunities, and carried regrets for words. I’m grateful for my little girl who understands

FIFA World Cup Match Day at Philadelphia Stadium. 7pm. While there are no permits for fan marches, fan groups may still organize and travel together. Expect increased pedestrian volume. Police may need to close roads intermittently near the Sports Complex. Use caution traveling.

Tonight’s NBA playoff game is yet another reminder that the concept of “traveling” is officially dead. At this point, players have taken more steps tonight than a full day at Disneyland — far more than James Naismith ever imagined when he invented the sport.
