Wow, real growth in YouTube. Not surprising as I’ve been watching less Netflix and way more YouTube over last 24 months.
YouTube is pulling further away from Netflix in latest Nielsen Gauge report, luring 15.8% of viewing (vs. 13.1% last August) compared to 7.7% for Netflix (8.7% last August)...

When discussing how this used case could be really great for restaurants and others to help hedge Be great if it could be applied towards high-level ingredients as well
An LA hospitality group runs 25 bars, many of them right by Dodger Stadium. Every extra playoff game means packed bars. An early exit means lost revenue they were counting on. So they hedged it. They put $60,000 on Kalshi on the Dodgers *not* making the World Series. The Dodgers lost the NLCS to the Brewers. The position returned nearly 2x, helping cover the playoff business that *never* came. A Columbia law professor told Fortune it works like “a form of bespoke insurance.” Read the full story here: fortune.com/2026/10/19/predi…

Brilliant. Lawyer should be an advisor who adds value to the deal or the business. The billable hour should go away. Just like we move from tokens to outcome pricing We should be moving from billable hour to outcome pricing for anything legal

It’s great for the brand in Vegas and a few key markets even if it’s not scalable system wide. I imagine RTD cocktails, and other alcoholic beverages making their way into more QSR and fast casual concepts as drone delivery increases. Drone delivery makes those an interesting option for on-premise places for off-premise sales.
Vegas seems a natural market for these drinks. Generally, it’s very hard for QSRs to be successful selling alcohol and it usually only accounts for (on average) 1 to maybe 4-5-% of total sales.
